Visited Hotel Poma and only stayed 2 nights. The location was quite good with a great restaurant on Via Pietro to visit. Staff were lovely and hotel seemed to be quite clean until we walked into our private bathroom... mould was all over the ceiling and being OCD i could not deal with it. We also used a blanket that...

This hotel is disgusting The receptionist very unfriendly The hygiene in the bathroom as seen on the image attached The matress is really dirty The rooms are extremely small (which wouldn't be a problem if it was at least a little nice) There is only wifi in the reception The location is good but i am sure that for this...

Great value for money, easy access to the metro (once you get the hang of the metro its a great way to get about) small but modern and clean room... helpful staff... we couldn't get the wifi to work which was frustrating because i like to be able to check in repeatedly with the kids!!! Would recommend

The staff is very polite and helpful, but the condition of the hotel is not very good. The bathroom was flooded every time somebody was taking a shower. It's extremely noisy, because of all the cars outside, I guess the windows couldn't close very well. Otherwise, the guys at the reception are very nice and helpful :)

Hotel is rather small, but clean and located only 15 mins walk from Duomo. Guy at the reception speaks good English and was very helpful - suggesting paths to take, places to buy EXPO tickets, etc. Simple breakfast for 5 Euro consisting of basically croissant & fresh coffee. Located near Dateo metro station which makes it easy for transportation. Paid...

Have to admit that the hotel is not very central however the staff is very polite and helpful. Breakfast was good with fresh croissants ,nutella, juices and toasted bread. Our room was near the reception and we were not very comfortable due to its small size and noises we informed the staff and they upgraded our room without any hesitation.

we (2 adults and 2 kids) have spent 10 days traveling accross North of Italy, we have stayed in different hotels and different cities, this was the one I like least for several reasons, quality of room 205 (no curtains and external Windows didn't close, no lock, no privacy and very clear at sunshine), cleaning (Smell cigarretes in corridors), seems...

The hotel in itself is not nearly as bright and airy and modern as it looks in the picture, it is much modest looking in real life. The elevator is, without a doubt, the slowest moving machine I have ever experienced, it literally took 2 minutes for each floor. I shared a triple room with my friends, we were happy...
