The service is horrible. I was promised free cancellation by 11:59pm on the day of my booking, and it was not honored. The management failed to even address what was stated on the priceline website. I will never book with this hotel again.
This hotel is truly exceptional. I have travelled the world and appreciate 5* hotels that deliver on service and style. The location is a little distance from the city centre however a short tram ride takes one to the centre of the city. The front of house at the hotel are truly amazing and nothing was to much trouble. The rooftop bar was simply lovely. The service here was outstanding. The bar manager is truly inclusive. Another great experience. As has been mentioned in several reviews the breakfast area and breakfast does not disappoint. The staff are again exceptional - great quality and professional service. I simply cannot think of one thing I would change about this hotel.
An absolutely beautiful hotel! We loved every second of it. Started off by walking in and getting hit with the delightful aroma of all the perfumes. Nice spacious room. Great quiet bar downstairs. Solid location. The friendliest staff a hotel can offer. 5 Stars!
Stayed here with family in July 2022. The design aesthetic of the hotel (an old perfume factory turned into hotel) is very cool, with the glass front and then rooms toward the interior. Our interior room was airy and felt spacious despite having no windows (except a skylight above), and there was plenty of space for family of four with two on the couches and two in the king bed. Elevators are a little slow however--we took the stairs most of the time. There was a nice oversized bathroom with good Aqua Adornationis amenties. The room also had a decent kitchenette. There was a rotating flat-screen TV separating the two rooms, but we didn't use it at all. The hotel parking is a little tight and accessible around the corner (back on the one-way streets), but it worked for our little Fiat 200. The hotel has a gym with two treadmills, one stair machine, one recumbent bike, dumbbells. The main building of the hotel also has a nice rooftop bar that doesn't have a great food selection but the drink menu was great. Overall, a good stay and we would consider returning!…
Great hotel with excellent staff who were helpful and poilite. Very clean and quiet facility. Great breakfast and dining area with many areas within the hotel to smart work. Love the central location. Stayed many times and will continue to come back to this hotel.
Great hotel, spacious rooms, fantastic breakfast and service. Really comfortable hotel after busy days in Milan. Good locations close to very good restaurants. The staff is very welcoming and attentive to every guest needs.
Great hotel but terrible service. No internet and no one concerned/trying to help us or other guest that had the same issue. We had to go to an internet cafe that they could have told us about, but had to find on our own. Furthermore, there was a party late that evening. It would have been good to have been informed for planning purposes. Great breakfast. Lovely room. Not a great location.
Gongratulations to all the staff members of this hotel. From the front desk which assisted us with all our needs to the Breakfast team (delicious brekfast with an ample variety of goods). Our room was spacious, full of light and very quiet!!!
I would not stay here if it is your first visit to Milan and you are interested in the city’s cultural offerings, as it is a good 40-minute walk from the Duomo, Galleria Vittorio Emmanuele and most sights. The location of the hotel is remote, and on a deserted street populated by creatives. The building itself is industrial in feel. And good luck finding your room unless you are looking down, as the room numbers are on the ground. Not obvious!
Magna Pars was a fantastic hotel. The staff are accommodating. The rooms are well equipped and spacious. The location is quiet. About 30 or 45 minutes by car to either airport. Would stay here again and certainly recommend this hotel over the Grand Rosa which is terrible.
