Excellent, spotlessly clean, nice breakfast. Staff were friendly and our passports were photocopied in front of us immediately.I know this can be an issue with some hotels in Italy,as we once had our passports kept at the desk overnight! Highly recommend.

We are still currently staying at this hotel and I couldn't fault it! The staff are welcoming and willing to answer any questions you pose to them. The breakfast is good, a range of cereals, croissants, bread rolls, egg, ham etc. We are in the junior suite which is well worth the extra bit of money as it is spacious...

Terrible place very arrogant and unhelpful staff with very limited English. Basic breakfast only allowed one cup of tea or coffee. Over priced for what it is, which is a small basic B&B in a very rough area of milan with high crime rate.

Spent two nights here before moving on to other places in Italy. Chose this hotel based on other reviews, prices and location to the main station. The location is faultless its out of the tourist trail and a good place to come back and relax. Excellent for the station only a couple of minutes walk. We arrived early and they...

Milan is expensive, no doubt about that, so when we found a good rate on this hotel near the train station, we were happy to get it. Upon landing in Milan I had a message that we had been bumped but that they had found us another room at a nearby hotel. Ordinarily this might not have been a problem,...

It was a spacious and lovely room, neat and clean. Felt comfortable when we first step into the room. Friendly and helpful staffs as well. The breakfast was good too. Overall it was a wonderful stay for us.

This hotel is within a 10 min walk from Central station and also reasonably priced. Staff are polite and helpful. The room was small but spotless and included everything someone needs (toiletries, fresh clean towels and even a mini bar). The TV has about 300 channels mainly Italian ones but if you keep on searching you will eventually find the...

I expected a good basic hotel and got less than I expected! We arrived early and our room was not ready, no problem. Left our bags in the spare room and went for a walk. Unpon arrival back there was no one on the desk and the door to where our bags were our ( and everyone else's) was wide...

From the comments I had read for this hotel I expected something better. The exterior of the building is awful really, needs some renovation immediately! The room was not too bad and was clean. Also the girls at the reception were polite and the breakfast wasn't bad at all.. The TV in the room wasn't playing any English channel like...

Surprisingly a very small building. I thought...wow! What a mistake. And I was wrong. Nice staff (I would say, the best staff I ever met in Italy till now - very kind and friendly. The room is tiny but clean and the shower is good. A few steps from the Central Train Station of Milan and many Metro stations. Also...

Neighborhood Profile
Stazione Centrale
Central Station represents a bridge towards the future. Impressive skyscrapers and new age buildings stretch the skyline with the majestic Unicredit Tower cutting through. Surrounding it are large towers that define Piazza Gae Aulenti, where the fountain and the Monumento Trombe leave one breathless. A famous building of the district is the Vertical Forest, where the innovative materials and trees planted on the terraces are a unique mix of nature and man-made construction. In the district, there is the Monumental Cemetery, known for its antique tombs with sculptures portraying angels of commemorative scenes many will find touching.
