This small hotel in the heart of Milano is amazing. We have just stayed for a long weekend and we had a fabulous time. To start with …. the service you receive before you set foot in the hotel is second to none. Thank you so much for all the trips you arranged for us and the many changes we had all dealt with brilliantly.Thank you in particular for finding the vegan ice cream shop for me and the pub to watch the football ! Nothing is too much trouble for the hotel team. The hotel itself is really modern and is hidden in the heart of Milano. It is so ideally placed for seeing Milan you can walk everywhere. The rooms are very modern extremely clean and have everything you would need . Breakfast is excellent albeit you do have to order the night before but it is worth it. All in all cannot recommend this hotel enough and if we are back in Milano this is where we will be staying ! Thanks to all the staff for making our trip so good 😍…

An overall flawless experience. The service was amazing (love the comms via WhatsApp! Fast, personal and effective). The breakfast was simply superb! Location is a big plus of course - so highly recommended and I will be staying there again next time I am in Milan. Well done team !

This boutique hotel is located a few hundred meters from Duomo, teatro la Scala and Galleria Vittorio Emanuele. We arrived around 530PM and were personally greeted by Giulia. During our check in our bags were taken to our king size bedroom. Our room was a modern spacious beautifully decorated with a small balcony overlooking the inner patio. Giulia walked us to your room and explained the amenities. She offered detailed directions and information on tourist attractions and the surrounding area. We requested an upgrade to the King suite the second night and when we returned around noon our room was ready and our bags transferred. The king suite was a spacious room overlooking the street with a separate living room area. The bright room has an extra large king size bed and a jacuzzi. We pre-ordered breakfast for 7am and received a good morning greeting and were immediately served our choice of breakfast which included my choice of pumpkin soup…it was warm and tasty and took the chill off the morning. The morning of our departure we requested our breakfast in our room which was promptly delivered at our requested time. We also requested a car service to Malpensa airport. The car service was confirmed and the driver was waiting for us when we checked out. The staff of this hotel are exceptional, Giulia, Valentina, Roman…Please excuse my memory our breakfast server and other staff members that made sure we were comfortable and looked out for our every need. I highly recommend this 5 star boutique hotel to everyone who is looking for location/service/comfort and excellence.…

The staff contacted me via e-mail and WhatsApp weeks before our trip and asked us some essential questions to make our stay comfortable. We were offered complimentary early check-in and late check-out which was really nice. We had the standard double room which faced the street (Via Santa Radegonda). The room looked really stylish and was good size. At night there was quite a lot of noise from outside (maybe garbage trucks or unloading deliveries to shops?) at times but that was expected based on other reviews. Everything was made easy by the staff. Our coffee machine did not work so they were quick to fix it while we were out in the town. We have never met such caring staff. Thank you so much!

Nothing was too much trouble for the staff at the Street Milano. From the moment I booked there was an amazing what's app service that meant I could prebook everything in advance with great recommendations. The hotel service was equally as incredible - breakfast in bed and nothing was too much trouble. Alberto was so helpful. I can't wait for them to open their next hotel in Lisbon so I can visit. Also a superb location within 1 minutes walking distance of the beautiful Duomo cathedral and great bars and restaurants.

Very cool boutique hotel just few steps away from Piazza Duomo. Free fitness room and amazing room design. The breakfast is lovely and is served from 7 till 12 on a nice rooftop terrace (covered in glass). Omelette with herbs and pear smoothie were delicious. Ask for room with street view if you prefer more light, but keep in mind that the hotel is just 100 m. from Piazza Duomo. All the staff were absolutely wonderful. They contact us before the arrival in order to ask about transfer, restaurant reservations, etc.

The Place is tiny and much too expensive for what it is offering. I definitely wouldn’t recommend it,nor the breakfast which is made somewhere else and preheated in the roof restaurant. The service was very helpful and nice but, like other people that we talked to during our stay, we will not come back. The location is nice but not worth the price. Other places offer more for a lower cost.

Dear Kris, We sincerely think there was a mistake and that you didn’t really stay with us as our hotel doesn’t reflect the description you made and with the name you used for registration we can’t trace to none of our guests, in addition to the fact that it seems very strange that you did only 1 review, from Sanremo (Italy), and using a French account on TripAdvisor, mentioning details like "breakfast is not prepared in the hotel" or that it is "preheated", or writing in a negative way that our hotel is "tiny". We suppose this review was written by some of our competitors or by a mistake. It is easy to go on TripAdvisor and write anomymous reviews (as you can see, your review is the FIRST review lower than 4/5 or 5/5 since January 2019). In fact, in since 2016 we received only two reviews lower than 4/5. We think the opinions of our guests speak better than anything we might say (since 2019 we are in Top-3 hotel in Milan on TripAdvisor and Booking). But because we put so much effort and take care personally of every guest every day, we would like to provide additional comment for anyone else reading this review and the reply, so here is the truth (not our opinion - but the opinion of thousands of guests as you can see from TripAdvisor and other website reviews). (1) We are very proud of our (mostly organic/bio) continental breakfast, which is prepared completely on the same floor where it is served from 7 till 12:30. For anyone interested, we can show the kitchen at any time - you can just ask us. Nothing is "preheated" and nothing is "prepared somewhere else" - we even don't have buffet like most hotels, but a la carte menu where everything is cooked specifically for each guest. (2) We are a small boutique hotel and we are proud of it, as it allows us to dedicate a lot of attention to each guests, the hotel is quiet and each of our design rooms is very big compared to most 4 star hotels in Milan (30-50 sq.m. rooms - we do not have tiny rooms of 15/18 sq.m. where you have barely space to walk). The hotel occupies the whole 5 floor building of approximately 1000 sq.m.. We never wrote anywhere it is a big hotel, because it is a boutique hotel which are typically small and have a more personalized touch. (3) Despite small size of the hotel, we offer same (or even more) service compared to most 4-star hotels in Milan. For example, we have a beautiful rooftop terrace with breakfast & bar, a meeting room, a fitness room, valet parking service, concierge service (for tickets, tours, ecc), private transfer and limousine service, restaurant reservations, additionally we have rooms with jacuzzi and steam sauna. (4) We have been repeatedly selected in top-3 hotel in Milan, as well because of our careful attention to each guests need and how we help to organize their stay in Milan long before they arrive, as well as because of perfect cleaning and beautiful design rooms. The design rooms have been entirely projected by the famous international architect and designer Simone Micheli who has studied in detail the whole space to give our guests all the necessary comforts to meet requests and expectations. The design is very particular, and always impresses our guests. Regarding the breakfast, we receive a lot of compliments for it every day as we choose all the ingredients very carefully, 90% are bio or organic, with plenty of hot and cold meals, sweet and savoury choices. For example, all the pastries we serve are prepared daily by famous restaurant of La Scala called Foyer which is one of the best in Milan, and the pastries served were baked literally 3 hours before we serve them. We serve our breakfast in a beautiful rooftop terrace (glass-covered) with a lot of choices, even something unusual such as cream pumpkin soup. We have menù a la carte and not buffet in order to ensure the highest quality and freshness. We choose very carefully all the ingredients (almost everything served during the breakfast is 100% natural, biologic or organic). Everything is prepared directly in our kitchen right before serving the breakfast for our dear guests. All juices and smoothies are 100% natural and of very high quality and there are about 15 different types, most of them are biologic. We never use juice or smoothie from concentrate but only natural products. Right now in our menu we have pomegranate, apple, apple and ginger, blueberry, orange, pineapple juice and strawberry, pear and raspberry, apricot, mango and passion fruit, kiwi smoothies (all 100% natural with no additives and no added sugar and not from concentrate). There are not many 4 star hotels that use natural juices at all, but rather they use simple juice from concentrate which is not acceptable for us. The bread we have is from a very famous bakery Grazioli (recognized as one of the best in Italy by Gambero Rosso, they bring the bread to many 5-star hotels in Milan) and we offer daily 5-6 types of bread (bread with fruits, bread with nuts, rye bread, bread with raisins, etc. - for this reason we do not put on the menu more dried fruit because we already have so many types of bread with dried fruit). We always ask your guests if they like the breakfast during the stay and we always try to satisfy extra requests. Cereals, bio muesli and bio granola are served with bio yogurt and with fresh berries (fresh raspberry and blueberry, and fresh banana). There are various fruit jams (served in glass jar, all organic and biologic) of highest quality with 80% fruit that is totally natural. We also offer two kind of 100% natural cream soup. All hot drinks are also prepared specially for each guests (not by automatic coffee machine like in many hotels). There are traditional choices like smoked salmon, typical Italian hams and a selection of cheese, boiled eggs, fried eggs, omelette, big pastry selection with different types. Different coffee types are available (freshly prepared for each guest), and 20 tea types including a special detox selection. It is also possible to order other kind of drinks for breakfast, like kefir or prosecco. Upon request we prepare also mozzarrella salad with avocado. With all the proposals we have for our guests as explained above and after explaining that all our products are fresh and freshly prepared even this comment makes us doubt your stay with us. I also want to point out that it is very strange what you insinuating about negative comments from other guests as we seem to have received great feedback and reviews, in fact we are among the Top-3 hotels in Milan on Booking.com and TripAdvisor and we have only been open since 2019. Because of the small size of the hotel, we always talk do each guest directly during their stay, and at the check-in and check-out-out to know how was their stay, and we always try to find a solution if there is a problem. Finally, I inform you that to be in the center of Milan and by the standard and classification of our hotel the price we propose is absolutely in line with the services offered and local competitors, we also have the certainty to offer a great service - even greater than the many competitors, otherwise, as already said we would not be among the top 3 hotels in Milan on Booking and TripAdvisor. Last but not least, we are not a chain of hotels, but a professional team of people who have a lot of passion for what they do and we do our best every day to guarantee an excellent stay with our service and the hotel. We stayed at this amazing hotel right in the heart of Milan, just literally a few steps from the Duomo and the Galleries. The room was huge, fully equipped. I can’t say greater words about the staff…. just GENTILISSIMA!!!!! Alberto is a gem, and everyone else in the hotel. Breakfast was top. Everyone was so willing to help us with every need of ours…. we just felt like queens!!! Will definitely come back and recommend this beautiful hotel!!! Thank You!!! The pleasure was all mine!!!

Everything was perfect, starting with the reservation. From the first moment of my booking, I was contacted by whatsapp and I easily obtained any facility I desired. Large room (free upgrade), very clean, towels qnd linen changed daily, excellent breakfast by choices on the terrace, ideal location to visit any attraction, gratuities 8n the room (great selection of coffee and tea). I want to bring special thanks to the hotel staff (starting with Valentina), for their kindness and professionalism. I will stay again in this hotel, in my future holiday in Milano.
