My family went to Italy last spring. We decided to stop in Milan for 5 days and found this hotel. The hotel is nice place to stay with children. It is a 2 stars hotel with comfortable conditions, proper service, and affordable prices. Our room was around $60 per night. The hotel is for budget tourists, but still you can... More

The location of the hotel is great - an easy walk to the city center of Milan - and right across the street from Grom's - a great ice cream shop! My sister and I were visiting Milan and had to hit that ice cream shop every day - sometimes twice a day. The staff of the hotel was friendly... More

I would be lying if I would tell you that I wasn't afraid off how would these Hotel look like. During the last months I stayed in different hotels in Milan. Except for the fact that Aurora doesn't have breakfast in the hotel (they offer you a card to have a free cappuccino in an excellent coffee shop downstairs), honestly... More

Stayed for one night. Room clean and seemingly recently refurbished. Staff friendly and helpful. Close to the metro station. Breakfast included but at a bar round the corner, drink and a pastry. Fine for a short stay but a long walk or metro ride from the centre of Milan.

This hotel was clean and convenient and the men at the desk are extremely helpful and kind. I even had a misunderstanding on the price since I did it all on line and the gentleman worked it out with me. The reviews that I read were all positive and I agree. I would just clarify that it is very, very... More

Stayed here four 4 nights whilst attending the Italian Grand Prix. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay, the room was large with plenty of storage space and a walk in shower, our room has a balcony overlooking a small side street, air conditioning unit worked a treat in the hot Milanese sun and the wifi ran fluently the whole time. The lift... More

The staff was friendly and helpful. The beds were firm but comfortable. The room was compact, but clean and had plenty of room for 3 people. Wifi worked well. This is not a resort type hotel, but a great place to stay while you explore the city. Ask for breakfast coupons for the coffee shop on the corner. They had... More

We loved Carmine's (sorry for spelling if not right) welcome. He was very helpful and offered the best places to go to in Milan. The room was very comfortable, spacious, air conditioned and professionally kept. WiFi was free and had great access to it. We felt really good about this place - will definitely book here again.

** Benefits - Staff was extremelly nice and helpful. - Breakfast is in a nearby cafe. It costed 5 € and we could pick a coffee (expresso, cappucino etc.) and a pastry. Both food and drink were delicious! We also asked for fresh orange juice without extra charges. - Quite a few shops in the hotel area, which is not... More

Hotel Aurora is a very simple hotel with no prétentions. Centrally situation, spotlessly clean, kind and helpful staff and a ticket for a coffee and croissant in the bar next door. On a main road but really quiet. We had two great nights there.
