Nice personnel - welcoming when I arrived. On-premises off-the-street parking as part of the price of lodging (about 7 parking spots). But that's the end of the good. The room (nr. 14) was on the ground floor right on the street. The windows onto the street were single pane, old windows that didn't close all the way. The trams started...

Run down, dark, gloomy, poor area. All of this is bad enough, but book when there is a fair in Milan and it could cost you 150 euro a night. Look on google earth for a picture of the front of the hotel, murals by a blind, deficient graffiti artist it seems. Don't expect breakfast even if you have paid...

If you're planning to stay at this hotel, leave while you have the chance. PROs - the personnel is somewhat friendly - it's a 15 min ride to the center, you just walk 1-2 min to the tram(24), which leaves you right near the Dome - hot, hot water all the time CONs - the whole hotel smells like old...
