The pulsating core of Milan is in Centro. Duomo Square is enclosed by the gothic cathedral, the historic icon of Milan. However, shopping is what draws most crowds to this area. The classy and versatile Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II with luxury boutiques and high quality restaurants will turn any shopping or lunch expedition into a royal experience. Head to the rooftop of the flagship La Rinascente to enjoy the view of the animated square with a panorama of the Duomo. The Corso Vittorio Emanuele II is the street for high-end shopping. Brands of all kinds and street artists attract the attention of all visitors; while at Via Santa Radegonda 16, Luini Panzerotti is a much appreciated street food shop providing unimaginable culinary experiences. If shopping takes its toll on you, consider visiting Castello Sforzesco, a 15th century castle housing several museums. Those looking to relax can go to Parco Sempione, where nature provides respite from the energy of this dynamic and international city.

The restaurant of the Bulgarian Hotel in Milan is exceptional. Everything styles and chic people look ( and sound ) like either bankers , fashionistas or shoppers. If you come here don’t wear something casual. Look like you want to be part of the ambience. At least to me it

Response from BvlgariHotelMilano, General Manager at Bulgari Hotel Milano
Responded Mar 9, 2019
Dear Guest, First of all I would like to thank you for taking the time for this feedback. The opinion of our guests is very important to us to track the level of our performances and to improve ourselves. I am very sorry to read that your experience at the Bvlgari did not meet your expectations and that our services were not up to the standards that you were looking for, such as the ones that you know from some of the best hotels that you have mentioned. All our supplies in the rooms, from the linen to the beds to the pillows, come from some of the best producers and are made of excellent materials that reflect the level of our hotel. Also, regarding the breakfast, the price is commensurate with the high quality of the ingredients and the products that we use and to the attention and the care our chefs use to prepare all our food. And I regret that you were disappointed with our Chinese Breakfast and our Colazione all’Italiana. We always work to make our guests’ stays special and memorable and, believe me, I regret that there were many elements during your stay that prevented you to fully enjoy your experience and made you feel like not to recommend our property. As stated before, we really give very high value to our guests’ opinion and I would be glad to know more about your point of view on all the topics that you have mentioned. Please, do not hesitate to call me (0039 02 805 805 1) or contact me personally at my email (vincenzo.falcone@bulgarihotels.com) to discuss further. Also, should you be coming back to Milano I am at your disposal as I will be glad to be able to welcoming you again in order to have the chance to show you our best service. Best Regards, Vincenzo Falcone

Is there anything on at the hotel on New Year's Eve ?
Hi, I am not sure as I stayed in April but I would imagine there is. Milan is a super stylish city and there will be big celebrations across the city. Sorry I couldn't be more specific but I would suggest emailing the hotel, they are great, service was spot on. Enjoy your trip.
