Located in the heart of Milan, just 100 meters from the Duomo, Sina the Gray is a 5-star design hotel, synonymous with style, elegance and eclecticism. Its Art Nouveau façade conceals colourful details and accessories created by the fantasy and originality of vibrant designers. The 21 rooms and suites of our boutique hotel in the center of Milan are characterized by a modern design with ethnic touches and beds hanging from the ceiling like swings. Some rooms have a private gym or Turkish bath. The modern GBar is the ideal location for a pleasant break after shopping. Aria is an elegant and enchanting open-air terrace, where to indulge in the ritual of the aperitif that was invented in the city of Milan.

The pulsating core of Milan is in Centro. Duomo Square is enclosed by the gothic cathedral, the historic icon of Milan. However, shopping is what draws most crowds to this area. The classy and versatile Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II with luxury boutiques and high quality restaurants will turn any shopping or lunch expedition into a royal experience. Head to the rooftop of the flagship La Rinascente to enjoy the view of the animated square with a panorama of the Duomo. The Corso Vittorio Emanuele II is the street for high-end shopping. Brands of all kinds and street artists attract the attention of all visitors; while at Via Santa Radegonda 16, Luini Panzerotti is a much appreciated street food shop providing unimaginable culinary experiences. If shopping takes its toll on you, consider visiting Castello Sforzesco, a 15th century castle housing several museums. Those looking to relax can go to Parco Sempione, where nature provides respite from the energy of this dynamic and international city.

The only thing that is 5 star, is the price. Very nicely located, but the rest is mediocre at best. Small rooms, non-functional bathrooms with bad plumbing that made it necessary to change rooms... they offered us a free coffee.

You cannot beat the location. It does not matter if you are there for work or on vacation, it's so easy to get around. If you are lucky you get a view of the Duomo too! I definitely recommend this hotel.

Dear Guest, thank you for taking the time to write a review about our hotel. Guests’ feedback is very important for us. Your review is a really excellent recommendation for other guests and we thank you so much for this. For the view of the Duomo, you have to just walk out of the front door of our hotel, but if you manage to book a Gallery Room, you will see the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele directly from your window! Hope to see you again in one of the many SINA Hotels in Italy, but also come back and visit us here at the Gray Hotel ! Warmest regards. Igor Ch. Front Office

Location is great, close to everything. The room was clean and breakfast is great. Automatic curtain was broken so the light from outside came in and was disturbing at night, Disappointed in staff who didn't do anything about the issue, despite knowing it gave me room like that.

Dear Mrs Boston, thank you for your review and for liking the location of our Hotel. I am sorry you didn't receive a reply to your email, but we will investigate deeply in the matter, meanwhile we can assure you that the 200 euros you consider a charge, in fact they were only a pre-authorization and at the time of check-out you were only charged for the wine, which you stated. We advise you to review the chronologies of your transactions, because with absolute certainty we can say that no charge over 18 euros has been made. I personally handled the invoice, so I remember it well. If you would like a copy by email, please contact us, even today, by phone / mail and we will show you that we deserve your positive feedback and your five stars. We truly hope to welcome you again in one of our many charming SINA Hotels. Kindest regards Igor Ch.

The terrace is on the second floor, everyone can access it. The cocktails are usually around 15 euro each. And there is always something to eat with your aperitivo.
