I spent a weekend in Miland and stayed at the Monteverdi Hostel. It was a very nice stay, good breakfast (24 hours) and a very friendly famlily. The metro is a seven minute walk away. From there you can easily get wherever you want. I would recommend it for everyone who wants to stay a couple of nights in Milan!...

I have been in this B&B a couple of times but it changed completely since my first time there. The first time the owner welcomed me saying that the guests could have drinks from the fridge for free. Also I had found on the bed stuff like soap, shampoo, and the normal stuff. This time all was changed. I was...

As we arrived, the hostel owners informed us that our room "was broken" and that they booked us a room in another place for the same rate. The other place was horrible, very low standard and cheaper than Monteverdi (nevertheless we had to pay the same amount for the worse room that we had to stay in...). No English. I...

this is a hostel, not a bnb. DON'T TRUST THE RATINGS. and they only accept cash despite having a credit card reservation requirement. and there's nothing more irritating that seeing pics of supposed representative bedrooms and then arriving at your destination to find out you've been given the bottom of the barrel. i'm sorry, that's an immediate turn off to...

I would like to confirm that this is a B&B and not an hostel, there is a big difference. It is true that we do accept cash but it is also true that we accept also every single card with the sole exception of American Express. Moreover it makes no difference for us if a guest pays by cash or...

The little Monteverdi B&B offered us a fair location & humble double room for 45?/night. The service was wonderful & we felt at home as soon as we arrived. The bonus for us was that the kitchen was open all day, so we could help ourselves to coffee, biscuits & the basics as soon as we arrived - this was...

I stayed here with my girlfriend and found it to be quite basic but overall we had a pleasant stay here. The B and B is in a great location; situated right next to the Lorento metro station which only takes 10 minutes to reach the city centre. The rooms were clean but they did not empty our bin until...

Stayed for the first time in a hostel, was invited by a friend to join her to Milan. They try, I must honestly say to make sure you have a pleasant stay but still it stays very basic. Two bathrooms you need to share with other guests and one of them had no really hot water and a poor pressure,...
