What can I say … one of the best experience that I have ever had. Especially a massive thanks to the restaurant staff (ristorante on fire) that are delivering a Cousy and welcoming vibe. The chef Fabio is incredible and passionate, and deliver an unique style of combination of flavour. Also a big praise to the waiters Jonathan (responsible of front house) and Cristian, which are enjoying their profession delivering one of the best service I ever had, always with a big smile. I definitely recommend to enjoy the ristorante on fire experience and definitely will use this hotel in the future.

The location is too far out having to get a bus to the tube is a nightmare! When we checked in the front of house staff gave us minimal information, when we got to our room it was already occupied br another guest and the room was full of smoke! Absolutely disgusting...the front of house staff comment was ‘my bad’ never in my life would I think someone in the service industry would speak to me like that! My husband emailed ahead to explain it was a special birthday the day after our arrival expecting options of how he could make it special! Nothing was offered! The hotel has zero customer service skills the facilities are nice but the staff and location let it down. Stay somewhere else where staff actually care

Dear Guest, We are sorry to hear about your less than positive experience among us. Regarding the transportation, we think you received the wrong information as there are 3 options to come to the hotel or to reach downtown. There is the tramway at only 10 minutes walking distance from us that links directly Milano main spots, the train from Certosa Station and the best option that is the bus number 35. You can take the bus behind the hotel and in 5 minutes you can drop off at Molino Dorino metro station. From there, in just 15 minutes you will be in Duomo to start your visit! If you wanted to organize something special for your birhtday, you could contact us at the moment of the reservation or just telling us at the check in and we would propose you our birthday options. If we did not know anything upon arrival, is because we never received that email, for this reason, for the next time we suggest you to contact us directly in order to be ready. We hope this does not deter you from staying with us again and look forward to welcoming you back to our hotel in the near future for a more positive experience, as it should be. Best regards Marta Vidal Guest Experience Manager

The hotel is really top quality with very modern and efficient equipment. Breakfast is delicious. Amazing view of Milan from top terrace. Spacious garage Very good quality to price ratio. Close to Malpensa airport. Not very confortable for those who don't have a car and wish to visit Milan (30 minutes by city train to Duomo)

I stayed in this hotel for one night and I am very glad that I didn’t have to stay longer. The room was clean but very cold and bed very uncomfortable. The food was very basic and very limited choice. The staff... what can I say, they were not there and when they were I wished they actually weren’t. During two days and one night stay I haven’t seen a single staff member smile. Upon arrival, there was a problem with my room, the receptionist responded that if I don’t like it I can change a hotel. I asked for the direction to the toilet, the receptionist told me to wait. After 20 min wait I reminded her of my need to which she gave me a look as if she wanted to kill me and left. In the evening, I tried calling reception for a help with the food order (I don’t speak Italian and wanted to use Uber foods). The phone was never answered. Went down and got totally ignored. I really don’t recommend this hotel to anyone and as for me I will definitely never stay here again.

Dear Mr Agggiee, Thank you for sharing a review of our hotel. It does indeed sound from what you describe that some aspects of your stay did not meet our usual standards of service; please accept our sincerest apologies for failing to make your stay with us a perfect moment of relaxation, we sincerely appreciate you taking the time to bring this matter to our attention. We are sorry to read that the bed was very unconfortable as we have just changed all the matresses and we are receiving a fantastic value. We were most concerned to read your remarks on the service you experienced whilst staying among us, mostly because your comments do not reflect the usual standard of service we strive to ensure for our guests, nevertheless please rest assured that your review will be shared with our head of departments. We hope this does not deter you from staying with us again and look forward to welcoming you back to our hotel in the near future for a more positive experience, as it should be. Best regards Marta Vidal Guest Experience Manager

My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary on a trip to Milan. Despite booking a superior double and mentioning at booking this was for our anniversary we were given a twin room, two single beds! My husband went to talk to the hotel staff but they said as the hotel was busy there was no way to change this. I found this very disappointing as we had paid extra for the superior double and most of the hotels busy-ness seemed to be a rowdy school trip, hard to believe the hotel couldn't have honoured our booking. We pushed the beds together, but they aren't designed for this and one of the mattresses kept slipping in the night, as there was not way to secure the beds together. The pool were nice and staff were friendly, but overall disappointed with the stay.
