This hotel proudly displays 4 stars on its sign, but it is no longer a 4 star hotel, probably for many years. When I first arrived, I went to my room, which had clearly not been cleaned, the bed was unmade and there was garbage on the floor. So they gave me a different room, which had been cleaned (but...

The reception area smells of cigarettes. The front desk staff are not friendly or at all helpful. The rooms are terrible with the oldest decor and finishes. uncomfortable beds. The carpets are dirty and dusty and unvacummed or swept. cigarette buds on the floor from previous guests. air-conditioning does not work at all. most of the light bulbs are blown....

The Liberty offers the traveller a journey into the sixities with seriously old-fashioned electronics and disco-era ceiling panelling in the bathrooms. The rooms are tidy and neat, while the common areas are stylish with lots of marble and stained glass windows. The showers need updating as the drizzle reminds of London style lack of water pressure. The hotel insists on...

Although it was only for 1 night I wish not to return to this hotel. My company booked the place and I will tell them that it is the last time. The rooms are old and have not been refurbished since the 80's. Old carpet, old wall paper, etc. The worst thing is the bed. It is too small for...

This an old hotel with worn out rooms and faulty bathroom hardware. The biggest problem is the air conditioning that does not work (it barely creates any air flow and is not cold). The windows face a busy street so if you open them you cannot sleep because it's too loud. Cleaning service is not good either. Someone's hair on...

The room was quite small but decent. The view from the room I was staying in was a bit disappointing, however my friends' room view was nice, you could see the city centre. Some receptionists did speak English, whereas some did not, however they were all kind, friendly and helpful with directions. The breakfast was not the best, however you...

I asked for inside twin given outside double. Would not move rude unpleasant. Charge for water in a fridge that is off. Loud at night air con not working. Breakfast man nice but receptionist woman picked up every bread slice to feel. Could be a wonderful 1920 bijou hotel instead horrid lazy rude staff who anywhere else would be sacked....

My friend and I needed a Milan hotel simply to sleep in before our morning flights. The rooms are dirty and dilapidated, with my room missing soap (empty soap packets remained in the room). As we returned from dinner, my friend went to his room unquestioned. I on the other hand was promptly questioned, with the clerk demanding to see...

The hotel is ok-ish if you get an interior room. If you get a street view it is quiet noisy. The rooms -and the whole place- are very old. Staff is friendly, it is clean, but too old... conveniently close to Bocconni University and reasonable price for Mila standards. However, expensive for what you get...
