On arrival I was efficiently and pleasantly received, and the safe was immediately replaced when I found the door did not close properly. The room and bathroom were clean and the bane of most Italian showers -the drain- performed exceptionally well. There was no shortage of hot water, the towels were of a good size and the garden doors were...

On high season it is quite hard to find a good, economic hotel in this city, so after a while of research we came across with hotel san Francisco, the place is new, rooms are nice, clean, good size. Breakfast is very good, buffet style, staff is nice and respectful, specially Nikel (at the reception) who couldn't be any more...

the hotel is away from the hustle and bustle. quite a walk from the centre but there is a metro nearby, we just decided to hike it. lovely breakfast area outside and the food/coffee was very good and lots of choice. the bathroom was modern/clean/lovely but the room was very small and basic and a bit rundown.

We went there for the Universal expostion so most hotels had outrageous prices or were plain unavailable. The hotel was good and had acceptable prices. We were on the first floor, had a large room with high ceilings and a nice terrace. It was garden-side and was was quiet. The soundproofing from other rooms was so-so (but we had respecful...

We stayed here for one night as a brief stopover sightseeing in Milan and were very pleased with our choice. We parked on the main road outside the hotel. It's free after 1pm but you have to pay between 8am and 1pm. There are other spaces which are free but may be further away. Still just a few minutes walk....

Nice and clear room, good breakfast, good WiFi, close to metro station. Good exchange - value for money. Near hotel (approx.5-10 min. of walking) are few places where you can eat, drink coffe and even eat gelato. :)

We were here overnight only after a late arrival in Milan. The hotel is convenient to the Loreto metro stop (2 stops from Central station after leaving the train from Malpesa). Clean, smallish rooms (spare accommodations but fine) and a fabulous breakfast buffet and strong wifi. Friendly daytime staff who really care about your stay.

Breakfast is outstanding. Clean but noisy if room facing Lombardia Street. Staff helpful, reasonably close to Linate Airport (17 Euro cab ride). If in Milan for several days of tourism, might try to find better location for shopping, dining and sightseeing although close to metro and train station. Don't use bus (except tourist on/off); use metro or cab.

The hotel's location is cool, safe, quiet area, ~6-7 mins walk from Loreto metro station. Staff is very helpful and kind, rooms are ok, a bit small, but superb clean and comfy. Stayed in a single bedroom. Additional plus was the bathroom: spacious, clean, and the shower's head was changing backlight colours if I pressed a button. So cool! Biggest...

We stayed two nigths. The hotel is located in a calm area, approximately 15 minutes by bus (81) from The central station. About 7-8 minutes walk to metro. The room was simple but decent, very clean, and even had a small balcony. We came for breakfast around 0930, and both days they were almost out of food. Good wifi.
