This hotel is a quick walk from the main railroad station so it's easy to get in and out of the city. When we arrived my husband had lost his phone and the hotel staff was so kind and accommodating. They could not have been more helpful. We left early in the morning, before their breakfast, so they packed us a nice breakfast to take on the train without us even asking. The room was comfortable and clean and I would stay there again.

We only had a short overnight stop in Milan but this hotel was wonderful. Very close to the train station, so it's convenient for an overnight stop. The staff was wonderful, and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. Would be happy to return to this hotel again some day.

I stayed here for a night as I was traveling from Rome to Turin and it was great. Beautiful property with a helpful and friendly staff. They assisted me with printing some tickets for the atp finals and also held my luggage into the evening so I could do some sightseeing at the Milan Duomo (highly recommended). It's a 5 min walk from the train station, so very convenient and I'd definitely stay here again. Also worth springing for the breakfast buffet because it's a nice spread and not too many places are open in the morning. Good stuff!

Five star staff! Hotel Berna is a charming hotel close to Milano Centrale and Metro. It has an old world elegance and charm. Our room was clean and comfortable; bed linens fresh; good pressure and hot water in the shower and nice Italian made toiletries. Great bar with great Negronis. But what makes Hotel Berna a standout is their five star staff. Everyone was caring, professional, welcoming and efficient from arrival to check out. If there is a better staff in Milan, I have yet to find it. We wish we could have stayed longer and we look forward to our return.

we stayed 3 nights in Hotel Berna, and enjoyed it very much. the breakfast food has a lot of choices, and the staff wilingly changed our room as we booked 2 beds room, but we were offered only one bed at the beginning. The hotel location is great and close to Central Station where we got off the train and found the hotel easily. And every morning it is easy to go the the Railway Station plaza to get on public transportation or sight seeing bus.

Clean, comfortable hotel and friendly staff! We had a group of 3 adults sharing a room, and they had a comfortable pull out beady ready. Can’t beat the location - walking distance to the trains and subway. It’s an older hotel, but has been well maintained. We enjoyed the evening apertivo, but didn’t try the breakfast.

Great hotel, very comfy. Amazing stuff. No complains at all. I had an absolutely amazing time at Turnpike Lodge. The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed sheets. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a huge variety of options! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble.

I stayed here for 2 nights. Super convenient ! 4-5 min walk from the Milano centrale station. Restaurants within walking distance. Pleasant service! The room was clean and spacious. Everyone was so kind especially Emanuele at the front desk! Thank you so much ! I will definitely return!

We had to urgently find a hotel close to the station in Milan and chose this one. Would never choose it again if avoidable. The roosm we got had a lot of noice from the hall and the street, waking us upp several time per night. Walls were staines, bathrooms broken and it seemed that it had not been throughfully cleaned for years.

I really liked this hotel. It is solid clean and a little old fashioned. What I really liked is that you have to leave your room key with the receptionist ... the elegance of the olden days. The room was large, included a sofa and a small refrigerator. The bed was comfortable.
