I needed accommodation near Fieramilano to attend a conference and Melia Milano appeared to be close to the location. Situated in an urban area it was not that easy to find as there were no signs find on the way from the Airport Express bus stop. The entrance of the hotel was quite appealing though that about it. The room...

We got this room for a discounted rate and it was great value for money. However, if we'd paid 5* prices we may have been a little disappointed. Great facilities at the hotel, rooms are well decorated and the lobby is stunning. The staff were very friendly and helpful but the restaurant and bar prices were extortionate. (top tip go...

Dear HB525 Thank you for sharing with us your feelings about the experience at Meliá Milano. The property is situated with in touching distance of the beating heart of Milan’s financial district, yet at the same time well away from the chaotic traffic of the big city. Located in the Fieramilanocity district, it’s just a few minutes ride on the...

this hotel is rated a 5*, but although the lobby looks quite good, it is still a bit of a 4* as the area is somewhat dull, everything is quite cold and lacking atmosphere. Rooms are large and clean but again are nothing special and look somewhat empty. The windows are a bit small in comparison and since they are...

I went there for a business trip and had a standard room I suppose, but it was already a very nice room with a large bed, a small office, a closet and a large bathroom with bathtuc-b, but what I liked most was the nice furniture and atmospehre. Very baroque style, but that's what I personally like, if you want...

Bed too hard, pillows too hard. Breakfast good but evening restaurant appalling. I doubt they care about the restaurant, but I will never stay here again mainly due to the restaurant (see my other review). First time in my life I have ever sent food back -which says a lot.

Dear Mark W What a terrible surprise for us knowing about your unsatisfaction on the Alacena Restaurant food experience. We shared your review with the Alacena Team that pefectly remember what happened. They realized about the unlucky situation was taking place and, unable to meet your expectation, they apologized and canceled from the bill the charge of your meal. Of...

Great option for a trip to Milan if you don't mind taking the metro or taxis. 5 star hotel for 100€ per week night if you are smart with booking. Normally used for conferences or football matches this is great value because of its location. Metro if 10 minutes from the centre with only a 2 minute walk, and taxi's...

Stayed there for 2 nights last February and really enjoyed it.
