If you are looking for a cheap hotel close to the main station this is probably what you are looking for. For a single room I payed less than 40 euro with breakfast included. Rooms are very small and old but ok for a one shoot night.

We stayed two nights but didn't try the breakfast, so the food I don't know anything about. But our room was clean and I can't complain about the standard. The furniture are old and the restroom old as well but we paid for this standard so it's what I expected.

This is a typical city centre hotel. It is in an ideal location to experience the delights of Milan. The rooms are small and basic but are clean and functional. The staff at the hotel were very pleasant and helpful. The buffet breakfast was of good quality with sufficient variety.

This is an average hotel, where the best come on is its proximity to 2 metro stations - Centrale and Repubblica. We used the Centrale Station during our stay and the hotel is about less than 10 minutes walk from the station. We booked 2 double rooms and the rooms that we got were very small, there's not much space... More

The area around the main station in Milan tends to be rather seedy, but tucked away there are some great value hotels. The Nazioni is one. For 65 Euros we had a spotlessly clean bedroom with a re-furbished bathroom, air-con, free wifi and breakfast. Plus only 5 minutes from the metro line to the centre of Milan (3 stops). Plus... More

It`s only a ten minute walk from the Centrale ( main train station ) which in itself is a place you should visit when in the city , this medium budget hotel , with clean , quiet , smalish rooms will appeal to the visitor on a budget . The metro station is also very close and from the Centrale... More

Very friendly welcome, large elegant room, plenty of hanging space, sofa. Air-conditioning not adequate for heat of Milan. Close to Centrale station and metro. Breakfast room and reception area cool and attractively designed. Good breakfast. No restaurant but bistro nearby. We wanted to see Milan cathedral and the famous shopping galleries which were a short metro ride from the hotel.... More

Staying in Stazione Centrale

Neighborhood Profile
Stazione Centrale
Central Station represents a bridge towards the future. Impressive skyscrapers and new age buildings stretch the skyline with the majestic Unicredit Tower cutting through. Surrounding it are large towers that define Piazza Gae Aulenti, where the fountain and the Monumento Trombe leave one breathless. A famous building of the district is the Vertical Forest, where the innovative materials and trees planted on the terraces are a unique mix of nature and man-made construction. In the district, there is the Monumental Cemetery, known for its antique tombs with sculptures portraying angels of commemorative scenes many will find touching.
