I stayed here last week for 10 days. The staff at the front desk were lovely - especially Gada, Antonio and another male receptionist. The ladies doing the housekeeping were very nice too when I needed anything. The rooms would be better if they had shower curtains in the bathrooms to avoid ending up in a duck pond on the floor On the downside, the housekeeping manager/Duty manager doing the rounds on Friday 20th around 3pm was very rude to me and banged on my door twice to tell me to shut my door properly. There is a nice way to say things and she was just rude. The music in reception is terrible too. I feel sorry for the staff having to listen to the volume of the piped music all day. It is a nice reception space but we would not sit there as the music was so awful
As always I can trust NH to take Good care of our family. Even though it is not on a central location, has a quick acces to public Transport. Very good buffet breakfast, well maintained facilities and cleaning service. Staff members willing to make you feel at home!
I can consider my stay here as 4stars. This is my first time staying at NH group hotels and it was great. The staff were friendly specially Rocco, the guy who checked me in. I got an early check-in and everything was good. The location is really good if you like to walk as it will take you almost 25 min to reach the centre of milan. You have a supermarket next to you (5 min) walking. Starbucks is 10 min walking. There is a park next to you. I would recommend the hotel if you are stay for short trip in Milan.
Fair hotel, near to heart of Milan. Staff is fantastic and you can’t lose the diner at restaurante . It’s simple however friendly and good food! The rooms are nice and wide! Enjoy it ! If you like Milanese cottoleta this is what you will order ! Amazing
The hotel is ideally placed for all attractions, whether you like to take the metro or explore on foot. It's also less than 15 minutes walk to and from Milano Centrale station but best of all the staff are all friendly and helpful
I would consider this a 3 star, not 4 star hotel. Staff did not seem well trained. After we checked-in, we took a nap (after a 6am flight) to be woken up by housekeeping who opened the door and turned on the lights without knocking. Then the front desk called us to verify who was in the room. Very strange. They did try to make it up to us which was appreciated. It’s more like a 3 star hotel which is ok if price reflects it. Pros: good location in walking distance to train station and metro and close to tram stop Cons: No coffee or tea kettle in the rooms, decor is dingy and outdated
This hotel is perfect for an economical stay.... not luxurious but in a good location, clean and a very friendly staff. The rooms are simple but comfortable. It is about 25 minutes walk to the Duomo, but it is a easy walk, restaurants around the area, small grocery store around the corner.
My first time at this hotel and I'm very happy. Room is big and clean. The bed was comfortable too. Location is great I'm loving the area as I'm normally closer to centrale. Breakfast is fantastic. Huge choice and very yummy.
The staff is welcoming. The place is luminous, and rooms are really comfortable. I'd certainly stop by for my next trip to Milan. The restaurant should offer more diversity tho. At 8 pm, on Saturday, nothing interesting was offered on the menu
We stayed there in July, the hotel is conveniently located near a metro and tram station. Good breakfast and clean rooms. At first our room didn’t reach the wifi of the hotel but they changed us very quickly. Friendly staff
