The pulsating core of Milan is in Centro. Duomo Square is enclosed by the gothic cathedral, the historic icon of Milan. However, shopping is what draws most crowds to this area. The classy and versatile Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II with luxury boutiques and high quality restaurants will turn any shopping or lunch expedition into a royal experience. Head to the rooftop of the flagship La Rinascente to enjoy the view of the animated square with a panorama of the Duomo. The Corso Vittorio Emanuele II is the street for high-end shopping. Brands of all kinds and street artists attract the attention of all visitors; while at Via Santa Radegonda 16, Luini Panzerotti is a much appreciated street food shop providing unimaginable culinary experiences. If shopping takes its toll on you, consider visiting Castello Sforzesco, a 15th century castle housing several museums. Those looking to relax can go to Parco Sempione, where nature provides respite from the energy of this dynamic and international city.

We stayed here for the last night of our 15 night trip through parts of Italy. The hotel was in a great location, within walking distance to major sites but away from the busy City life! The breakfast buffet had a wonderful variety in a large room, which made for a comfortable quick bite to eat before heading to the airport. The small bar and restaurant offered nicely priced wine......the bartender was friendly and offered snacks while having a drink at the bar. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Overall, we would stay again if we are ever in Milan.

Stayed two nights in the hotel in late September. Terrific location. Handy to shopping and the Duomo. Had a wonderful dinner in the hotel restaurant. May have been the most tender veal cutlet I have ever had. Rooms are large by European standards. Hard to imagine a better value at this price point. Staff were very pleasant.

This 4 star hotel is located just 5 minutes walking distance from the Duomo. It offers an unique post-modern decor and large rooms. We stayed at the hotel for three nights in a lovely double room, spacious bathroom with nice toiletries (although I would not have minded a comb and shaving kit), slippers and bathrobes (which we had to ask for). The breakfast, which is included, offered a very good spread and other cooked dishes at an extra cost (I'd suggest though that they install a microwave so you can heat up the cooked food which otherwise tends to get cold). The room was somewhat noisy in the morning given that it faced onto the main street. The double- glazed windows appear a bit out-of-date. The hotel bar area is rather small. The hotel has a contract with a car company so you can book a chauffeur driven car for a flat rate of €99 to or from Malpensa airport.

Good reception, good old school italian hotel, centrally located, recommended if you get it at a good price. Its very close to the duomo piazza, the shower was kinda small, but very clean room. Good place to stay

Hotel facilities and location are excellent, within walking distance of all the major sites and near to two conveniently placed Metro stations. . The rooms are modern and comfortable; staff courteous and helpful. Breakfasts can be somewhat crowded and a little hectic.
