Stayed for 1 night in December. Location was great, just a short walk into the City Centre and also from the Station where we got the bus to from the Airport. The staff were very friendly and helpful; the room was available early in the morning for us to check in and was clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend.

The food in the restaurant was fabulous The hotel staff and waiters were very attentive, always willing to help, will definitely recommend staying and dinning there If I find myself in Milano again I sure will eat and stay there.this was my first time in the city, I had a great experience

Nothing unforgettable but an overall welcoming and solicitous service, pleasantly furnished room, nice bar and restaurant with live music, walking distance from the Central Station (15 minutes more or less). A practical solution for a business traveler.

The staff was friendly and helpful. We stayed in Milan and at a sister hotel in Rome. The rooms were clean, spacious and the beds very comfortable. Great breakfasts and locations! This hotel maintains a high standard of care and I would highly recommend it.

We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights following 6 nights in beautiful Lake Como. We arrived at the hotel early to drop our bags and we’re told that our room would be ready early if we could wait an hour, which we did. We used the time to have a quick rest in the stylish reception area and to purchase those essential in room snacks and drinks from the Carrefour Express two mins away. Our room was on the 5th floor and it was very quiet. The room was a nice size with a large bed, walk in wardrobe area, small table and chairs, tv, tea coffee and a safe. We enjoyed our stay at the hotel which is a 10 min walk from the central station and a 20 min walk to the Duomo. Good tram and metro service too. Two slight niggles - the shower over the bath was very uncomfortable to use as the shower was in the wrong place leaving very little space to manoeuvre. The shampoo etc was in a holder which had been fixed to the wall with self adhesive pads which are never going to hold in a hot, steamy bathroom. This came off the wall one day whilst I was in the shower. So glad it didn’t land in my foot! It would be very difficult to have a bath in there. Also a few things needed attention in what was otherwise a very nice room - a window restraint was broken and the cupboard holding the mini bar did not shut. Things like toilet roll, tissues, toiletries , and tea/ coffee were not replenished as they should have been. We ended up buying our own milk daily. We did not have breakfast included so cannot comment on this. We were offered this at check in but thought very expensive at almost €30 each per day. The bar area was very nice although we did not have a drink there as we preferred to go out. The Friends Bar located nearby was very good (see separate review). The reception staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. There is a cabinet in reception where you can help yourself to cold water, sweets and apples which we thought was a really nice touch. The location of this hotel is amazing. The niggles were just that and could very easily be sorted. Would have been 5/5 otherwise. Highly recommended.…

A very good experience. Giacomo at the Front Desk was super helpful and there was no problem for us he couldnt solve. Generally everyone from the concierge, room service, bar, front desk were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were spacious and clean. Would recommend to stay.

The room had a great feel to it! From the hotel Lobby to the room the whole place was very clean and decorated nicely. We were extremely impressed with the staff, they were so polite and friendly and made you feel comfortable and welcome. The rooms had everything you needed! The beds were extremely comfortable, I had a couple of great sleeps. The location is a good one! And ideal for us for the visit to the centre of the city and going to the Italian GP. We had breakfast with our stay and this is as you would expect. Honestly couldn't fault a thing on this hotel.

On 21 of August we came to the hotel around midnight 2P.M And we meet on the reception a very rude They keep us on the Lobby 30 minutes to register the two rooms he’s name (andree) unfriendly person. They give us room the A/C not working and we tell him that. And then he says ok open the window!!! Even I’m tell him we’re is the parking they ignore us.!

My reservation was at Nh hotel machiavelli that I usually reserve each year but they Nh group sent me a mail to change my reservation to Nh Milano touring which make me uncertain about the hotel but the surprise was that the hotel is perfect in everything, the location is perfect near to the duomo , via monto napoleon and the Milano centrale the train station and republica metro station so u r in an excellent location , the rooms are large renovated with good air conditioning fast wifi every day there is a complimentary water , the check in and out takes few minutes , the breakfast was delicious fresh finally the staff in the hotel was so cheerful and helpful
