The Hotel Mediolanum is a modern 4 stars business hotel member of the international chain Worldhotels. The hotel has been recently renovated following the last trends of the international hotellerie. The common spaces show bright colours as prevailing and shapes inspired by the contemporary design: the interiors recall the style of famous architects like Zanuso and Le Corbusier. The Hotel is located in a strategic position thanks to the closeness of the Central Station (MM2 Green Subway Line): fulcrum of the city of Milano and Air Terminal. At a small range of few hundred of meters from Via Mauro Macchi you can find the subway stations of Porta Venezia (MM1 Red Line with direct connection to the congress center and exhibition quarter) and Repubblica (MM3 Yellow Line). The railway link stops in both and it connects with the nearby cities. The heart of the city is reachable on foot: in 10 minutes you can arrive to the historical part of the town where the Duomo (Cathedral) and the Teatro La Scala (Opera House) stand. In the hotel's surroundings you can find the Garibaldi Station (high speed train terminal). The 51 Mediolanum rooms will put you in direct contact with the emotions caused by the colours: the light fills up the interiors which get painted of lively, passionate, relaxing colours. On this trail the Superior and Deluxe rooms were realized following the principles of the chromotherapy. This science links the psychical and physical wellbeing to the tones. The buttonhole flower of this rooms is the remote controller placed next to the bed thanks to which you can change the lighting in red, blue, green or yellow or mix them up. According to your mood and needs you can switch to a relaxing green, or to a concentrating purple. All the rooms All the rooms are soundproof and equipped with air conditioning, parquet floor, free satellite TV, telephone, Wi-Fi and safe.Inside the hotel the guests can have a seat in the elegant lounge bar where a pleasant appetizer is served together with refreshing cocktails. At the light restaurant you can taste a special selection of the best Italian dishes enriched by refined wines. The Business corner is equipped with a PC with internet connection, a printer, fax and a photocopier and it is always at the guests' disposal. In addition at the Hotel Sanpi, located just 300 mt away under the same management, you have access to the modern fitness room Technogym wellness and to the meeting room Venezia. The Hotel Mediolanum Milano is member of the international hotel chain Worldhotels and it is identified by the code WW in the GDS systems. Very disappointed in the hotel as this not is four star . Room was ok but shower awful as you are between the back wall anD shower curtain. Not a pleasant experience. Breakfast included was supposed to be the best around but exactly the same each morning. COVID rules do not help but service was chaotic, waiting for coffee or toast. Hot dog sausage was not what I was expecting. Promised an iron but that never happened. Quality of decor shabby.

Our family of five stayed at the Mediolanum for four days over Christmas. We had a fabulous visit. The hotel is centrally located and perfect for our trip on Christmas day on the Bernina railway to St Moritz which was unforgettable. The hotel was clean with a great breakfast and the staff were welcoming and couldn't do enough for us. We would highly recommend the Mediolanum for a great location for a city break - and Milan is beautiful.

Solo trip. Paid about £120 for 2 nights on Hotwire. Short walk from central station. Nice walk to lots of sights. Staff very helpful and competent. Breakfast was included and generous. Room was modern and comfortable. Can’t fault it.

Myself and friend came here beginning of December from london. We came out to watch inter milan vs roma play and found this hotel. We got to hotel around 11am as we had early flight. We couldn’t check in at this time so we had little walk till our room was ready at 12.00 We was greeted by main guy at reception and his porter which both couldn’t do enough for you. Hotel is spotless clean and rooms made everyday. Disappointing part of hotel was the breakfast photos wasnt the same while we was there. Maybe because it wasnt summer who knows. Every easy to get to central of milan. By there underground. Hotel is 5-10 minutes walk use google maps but its straight forward In general hotel is in great spot and lovely hotel. I will return

location is quite near Milano Centrale, less than 10 minutes; feel close if you walk with nothing but really something if you walk with big luggage. close but not too close to public transportation too. first impression when i arrive is not good, seems like an old hotel. the elevator is really really small. i stay 2 nights at standard room with bathtub. room size is bigger than average (for same price level), quite modern ambiance (unlike the lobby), bright, comfy bed and pillow, overall the room was nice! breakfast at underground, small place, helped only with one big-kind-man. food variety is okay and the taste is quite good. coffee doesn't as good as i have (before Milan).

Hotel is less than 10 minutes walk to Milano Centrale train station. Since Milan was our base as we travelled to Florence, Venice, and then Rome, hotel location was very convenient. As well, there are restaurants and shops close by. The room is a bit small but housekeeping did a good job cleaning it. The breakfast is okay, my favourite was the mini cinnamon pastries. The staff at the reception was helpful, gave us a map and showed us where and how to get to places. It’s a small hotel with a small elevator and convenient location.

We chose this hotel for location. You can walk everywhere. Rooms were tiny, out-dated and dark, bed comfy. Bathroom had enough space and shower. Staff was friendly and breakfast basic. Quiet neighborhood and street.
