Hi, I was there a year ago, and think about visiting it a second time. This is very nice place to stay in Milano, comfortable and affordable, very clean, with safes in the rooms. Even breakfast is included in the price. I enjoyed it a lot. The staff are very kind and helpful. They told me where to go and...

Arrived at this hotel direct from airport, first visit to Italy. This hotel looked very ordinary in a very run down area, I don't know where it gets a 4* rating from. Arrived late and give room keys on third floor, was not the type of room we booked, it was two small single beds instead of a king as...

Wifi didn't work. The room was clean but the bathroom was dirty and old. First floor was very noisy. Breakfast not my type - mostly sweets, croissants, etc and poor coffee. The hotel parking was near some garbage bags, old furniture and other trash. AWFUL

The staff are helpful but the wifi didn't work for our whole stay until the last day when it worked in the lobby. No excuse for the dirt of the furniture. Not many options for breakfast, mostly sweet cake. Really feels worn down and needs an upgrade.

My 4th and last time at this hotel! Air conditioning did not work! The bathroom had two small complementary bottles of shower gel, one was completely empty and one with a small drop inside. The tiny 20inch TV was not even able to receive an image (see photo). I specifically booked a double bed room and was given a twin...

Definitely NOT a four star hotel. The bathroom was dirty and so old that the sink was about to fall. The whole hotel dirty in general. Breakfast very low quality and dishes were dirty. My room didn't have any television although it was service written on the reservation. My friends' room didn't have the fridge although it was written on...

My 12 yr old son and I booked a double room at Hotel Adam. You know quality is not so high when your room key comes attached to a bottle opener. The TV was a 20 inch flat screen (brutally small), the AC did not work, but it made me feel better to hear it whirring away trying while we...

We've stayed there with my boyfriend for 2 nights in early December 2014. The hotel is well located near a metro station, but still a 30 min journey from the city centre. The facilities are very basic, I have stayed in 4-stars hotel in the UK before and there is no comparison. Breakfast was pretty plain, but coffee was nice!...

This hotel was fantastic value for the location, it's just a short ride into the centre of Milan and there is one of the best Italian Pizzerias i've ever been to just down the main road. Highly recommended hotel

Very ideal hotel as it is near the Metro station & not so far from the centre of Milan. Rooms are well equipped and tidy. Breakfast is good, and the staff is very helpful and friendly. Worth a visit !
