I am writing this review as I am having the complimentary breakfast the day of my check out. I only stayed one night but I wish it was longer! The hotel is extremely nice and comfortable with a great staff. My reservation came with breakfast included which is always nice and convenient. The location is very Central being only a... More

Highly recommend this hotel. Close to Duomo. Cozy room - small but well appointed. Lovely "courtyard" style area off my room. Great breakfast and friendly staff. Unfortunately not enough time to enjoy all it had to offer - or rooftop area. Definitely will choose this hotel for any return trip to Milan.

Well laid-out & finished rooms, in pristine state. Great service from the whole team (Many thanks to Riva !). Great location (A quick walk to Il Duomo via La Scala Opera House). Excellent breakfast buffet. A wonderful cornerstore to visiting a great city.

We have stayed here at least six times a year for several years. Wonderfully located in the center of Milan it is quiet, understated and exceptionally staffed. We were there three days ago and my husband experienced a difficult intestinal problem. They went out of their way to make him a special dish, off hours, that they were sure would... More

Staff, room, location were all fantastic. Recommended by a friends Dad who lived in Milan. We would definitely go again. We had an anti-allergy room and this really helped us sleep well. The aperitivo on the top floor is fun.

We highly recommend this hotel. We had a suite on the seventh floor with a balcony overlooking the city. The room was spacious, quiet, clean, and the AC worked like it should. The staff could not have been better. The breakfast was close to a masterpiece, not only with respect to the food, but also with respect to the live... More

I had the pleasure of staying here one night in Milan recently and really enjoyed my stay. The best part is by far the location. It is within walking distance of most major Milan tourist attractions and lots of shopping and restaurants. The hotel itself is very modern looking when you enter. The staff are helpful and nice. I have stayed at this hotel many times. It is very centrally located and for Milan, not really overpriced. The Scala theme runs throughout the whole hotel, which makes it very special. In the morning, there is usually a harp player in the breakfast area. The staff at the reception is kind. The rooms are nice, clean and cosy in... More

Staying in Brera

Neighborhood Profile
Brera
Brera captures the real essence of the city. It is an excellent mix between history and modernity, where tradition meets innovation. Here design and beauty reign. On Via Brera there are the famous Pinacoteca (galleries), the National Gallery of Modern and Antique Art, and the Academy of Fine Arts. Interior design boutiques and intellectual cafes are typical of the district. Walking along Via Madonnina is a must to admire the architecture of buildings and the design stores. On Sundays, going to the local market is an unmissable opportunity for fashion, style and art. Tucked away, there is the Orto Botanico di Brera botanical garden that seems like a painting framed in an ancient fairy structure. Last but not least, it’s worth a visit to Giardini Pubblici Indro Montanelli with its Planetarium, the Civico Museo di Storia Naturale (Natural History Museum).
