Marta is a professional informative host running this beautiful B&B with the precision of a Swiss clock and the warmth of Milanese hospitality. Very clean quiet rooms in excellent working order with particular attention to design function and form. Generous breakfast. Located (2 train stops) from the chaos of the city centre which is a welcome relief with plenty of on-street parking available. Look forward to staying again, and again.

Located in a quiet street not far from the centre, this guest house is easy access and offers simplistic comfort and a lovely hostess. Quiet and sophisticated home from home. The minibar is a little steep....but aren't they all?

I had the most wonderful stay at the Conti Guest House. The rooms are gorgeous and very well thought out and designed. I absolutely love the boutique feeling, Marta, the owner is the most wonderful and hospitable lady. The garden is amazing, they serve a lovely breakfast. Overall it was a wonderful stay and the access to bikes a bonus and a great way to see the city.

Martha the owner is very dunamic and reactiv, do not hesitate to book directly with her. All rooms are brand new, clean, nice design. Quality of matress is perfect, 2 different softnesses of pillows. Food "savon de Marseille" shower gels. The breakfast is good with fresh fruits and the little garden perfect to have a rest. The area is residential, quiet. No more than 15' to Linate and downtown. Many bikes to rents in the surroundings. Price reasonnable dor Milano, better than all hotels of this range. Nice typical houses on garden side.

Not in the habit of booking guesthouses but a trustworthy friend tipped me off in this case. The Conti guesthouse is a superbly designed, a very comfortable alternative to hotels, and economically well worth it. The design of the rooms can compete with 95% of the upscale hotels. The hospitality of Laura however supersedes almost all of them.
The location is not exactly amazing but that is compensated by the guesthouse offering free bikes and in case you hate biking, tram 5 that goes to Central Station stops right in front of the place. You can't get any better.
The breakfast is included and is adequate. Italian breakfast generally is a cappuccino and a sweet cookie and they sure beat that. As a big breakfast lover I would loved to have seen some kind of fried eggs at breakfast which is easily implemented without costing too much so there is still room to improve. But for now 5 stars only cos they have so much eye for detail in this place. They're quiet, discrete and very friendly which deserves top marks.

If I can comment on anything; do ask for a room away from the street. Both the trams and the Airco can be noisy. And one last thing, the girl who helps at breakfast mainly makes coffee for the guests. In between coffees she stands in a corner waiting for further instructions which is both awkward and creepy. Go fry some eggs girl, don't freak me out in the corner over there.

Good location, even if not right in the centre of town.
The rooms are very nicely renovated and they have a stunning terrace on the back of the building.
Service is kind and attentive.
I will surely book it again for future stays.

The best decorated & modern room I’ve stayed in - whoever designed it knew what they were doing. I was especially impressed by the USB ports in the walls. A queen size bed was a nice bonus.
Breakfasts was nice too. The owner lady was very helpful

Stayed here Monday through Sunday in February. Rooms are excellent, clean with a great attention to detail. The breakfast is very good with just about everything you could ask for, fruit, yogurt, various croissants, espresso, etc. The hostess Marta and Laura will take care of anything you need (tram passes, taxis). The hotel is located in the eastern end of the city in a quite neighborhood close to the Poly-tech university. Restaurants are close by and public transportation is just out the door. Most definitely I would stay here again!
