Maybe it's because I'm American... The entire time that we were at this hotel, we felt that we were a burden to the entire staff. They were unhelpful and clearly not cut out for the service industry. A little smile or even acknowledging us instead of looking at us like we were dumb when we asked basic questions would've gone...

Despite the rain, the terrace room I had was still lovely; looking outside, I felt like I was definitely in Italy. For the price, it's completely exceeded my expectations. The bathroom was a decent size, and the room had everything I could need. The hotel is located a short 30 minute walk from Milan cathedral, and is very central. There's...

We stayed a night as a family with a 2 year old and it was adequate. The hotel has a great location to just walk to the santa maria del grazie (last supper) and is close to several restaurants. The rooms themselves leave a lot to be desired - they are small and dingy although the bathrooms are better. The...

I have never encountered a more helpful staff anywhere in 50 years of overseas travel...that being said the location has it's limitations. There are no close by restaurants and it is a healthy walk from the town center. I can't say I would recommend it for older travelers given the locale.

The property is placed on a convenient location, right behind a major street, 10 minutes walk to Santa Maria delle Grazie. The Dome is about 25 minutes away. If you don't like walking you could take a tram or the metro. The breakfast is very good with everything you need. The staff is polite and helpful. There is however a...

The hotel occupies a couple of floors in a residential building in a residential district; you hardly know it's there apart from a yellow sign on the street. Cab driver had a job finding it. You search on the buzzers for Panizza and they let you in. Feels like a secret covert operation. You go up a lift then walk...

This hotel turned out be the perfect choice for weekend in Milan. The location is perfect. Only a 15 min walk to Navigli & about 10 mins away from Duomo on the metro. The staff are extremely pleasant too. Highly recommended

Nice hotel to stay at. The room was small, but still fine for a night or 2. The breakfast is really good comparing to other hotels in the same price range. The hotel is a bit far from the metro. The staff very friendly and helpful. There is a lift!!!! Will recommend the hotel.
