I wanted to be near the Navigli area and this place looked so good in the photos. The rooms are well planned out and give you everything you need- bathrooms inside the 4 dorm rooms, plenty of lights and plugs and a table and room service available. Unfortunately, thats where the good ends. The place is lifeless for a hostel...

Before I travelled to Milan I read some of the reviews here and was a little bit worried about my stay at Zumbini. Especially the surrounding area of the hotel and it being potentially 'dangerous'. But having visited for 4 days, I feel I need to give a different view for future travellers. 1)The area/trains Aesthetically, it's not great. There...

I stayed there for 7 nights. The room was clean and nice but HORRIBLY COLD. They cut heating at night and I FROZE every night as there are very light blankets (not duvets). You can have 2 max. The place is extremely noisy too. The microwave in the kitchen doesn't heat and the kettle looks like a piece of art...

I came to Milan in October and this was the place where I stayed for the first few days. Its not a hotel but kind of a hostel. Around 15-16 rooms on a floor with a shared kitchen. Rooms are clean and so are the toilets and corridors. At the ground floor there is a Bar and outside a good...

Hello, First of all the rooms look a bit like an hospital room. Also aren't as clean as people mentions here in tripadvisor. Dirty walls and my pillow is almost yellow. Second, I'm a student and often I'd love to study or sleep ( since our routine is quite messy I may try to sleep even at 10 pm )...

Group of friends stayed here for 2 nights. The rooms itself were great along with the bathroom and comfy beds. However, the area that it's situated in, seems quite dangerous. The hostel includes a bar which didn't have much going on when we were staying. But the hostel also seems to be a youth club or something to help youths....

Cheap hotel/hostel (120E/night) in the south of Milano. The hotel was booked mainly because it was promised to be whelchair accessible with aid. Entrance and lifts were ok. There was not much space in the room. The bathroom was very difficult to use. No space, no armsupport at the toilet. A paperdispenser was stupidly placed and made it difficult to...

I stayed in the hostel for only two nights, but it felt like one of the best hostels I had ever been to. The staff is bilingual and always willing to help, the room was very clean, spacious and comfortable, and its location is quiet and within a short walking distance from a metro station (Romolo) and a 25-minute walk...

We stayed here in early September 2012. Overall the facility and rooms were pretty good and clean. Nice to have free internet terminals, and the multiple outdoor patios were great for sitting out in the evening and enjoying some conversation. The people there were really nice and helpful too - this one guy even helped us load all our stuff...

Super value for money, the rooms are well kept and the staff at the reception is very courteous. A no frills basic room with a clean bathroom and clean linen. There was breakfast which was a part of our package however the kitchen was out of service and we did not get breakfast. The nearest subway station is Romolo and...
