We needed a place to stay the night before our flight out of Linate. Access with the code was easy, and we were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness, quality, style and obvious attention to detail. Great little property and an excellent value.

The rooms have been recently renovated and are beautiful, and well equipped, including the bathrooms. The Nespresso and large TV with a wide choice of options are welcome features. The location is in the Forlanini neighborhood far from the center. That said, it's only ten minutes by bus from Linate Airport. You have many transportation options--bus, tram (goes to the Duomo), and trains from Forlanini Station, which can get you to many desirable neighborhoods such as Naviglio or Isola quickly. You get a coffee and pastry breakfast included with the room at the Cafe Des Amis, around the corner, where the staff are friendly and speak better English than my Italian. The only negative is noise from the nearby roads and train tracks, you probably won't want to open your windows because of the noise but you might not want to open them anyway because of the shutters and lack of a compelling view. Our ground floor room had bars meaning it could not be used as an emergency exit.

We just spent a night at this hotel and our staying was fabulous. The owner was very kind and did all he could to help us with the check-in/check-out and luggage deposit. The place is clean and furnished with great taste. Absolutely recommended! The only betterment that could be done is breakfast: you need to go to a bar close by which is not that great, especially after spending time in such a great hotel.

Stayed one night before our flight at Linate airport and loved it. The room is very modern, very well maintained and clean. The room features queen size bed, air conditioning, large screen TV with satellite channels, Nespresso machine, free water, strong wifi and a small balcony. The bathroom is very modern and a great size (shower cubical does leak across the floor though). We were given a code to access the property prior to arrival and checked ourselves in without meeting anyone and it all worked as planned. Breakfast is included and is undertaken at a café near by with provided vouchers. Free on street parking is available outside the property and was fairly easy to get. Whilst the property is close to Linate airport is it is 3.5kms away from the city centre and there is limited choice for meals close by (there is a great pizzeria “L’Isola Della pizza” a short walk away with enormous tasty pizza). You can also hear the high speed trains on the lines across the road. Regardless we were really happy with the stay and absolutely recommend

Clean & well equipped room: TV, electric water pot, Nespresso machine, coffee capsules, tea bags... .Good size bathroom. Other than facilities like gym room, restaurant, safe, and reception...the room itself is already like a hotel room. Tram stop very near this B&B. 30 mins ride to Duomo which is similar to driving time as traffic is busy. Parking at the street near by, free. As we could see the streets even when we rode on the tram, we do think that 30 mins ride is acceptable. A 1.5 Euro ticket is valid for 90 mins on bus and tram (except metro). We bought the tickets at the news stand very close to the B&B. With a cafe, small restaurants and even one good seafood restaurant nearby, we finally took our dinner near the B&B rather than in Milan centre. Owner lives upstairs with a door connected to the B&B. . We communicated by whatsapp about the arrival time and so. There are 3 rooms altogether, on the G/F. , no reception. 2 rooms with windows facing the tram road/traffic and thus we closed the window and switched on air-con though it was not hot then. good sleep. can come back when we visit Milan again .
