Wow this is so out of order. So stayed there for 4 nights. On a Thursday night (so it is not like it was a weekend or anything and even then it would not be acceptable I think) at around 2-3 in the morning I wake up to an argument between 3 people. It was impossible to sleep because the light was shining from the hallway with one person standing in the doorway with a suitcase and another talking to a girl next to me who was clearly trying to sleep. It was an argument about weather she is in the right bed or not (which has to be done in the middle of the night right?) It was a member of staff who was trying to tell the girl she was apparently in the wrong bed and needs to change rooms right now (acceptable of course). This went on and on. I was then fully awake. In the end the girl got up and checked her room key and thanks goodness she was in the right room and the right bed but the conversation and noise continued with suitcases rolling across etc. I could not then sleep went to the bathroom and it was filthy and had no toilet paper in any of the cubicals. (well it was in previous night too when all cubicals were blocked). I had to check out that morning so I had to be up by 10... especially when in know they are happy to wake up and move quests at night they wouldn't mind I am guessing waking me up at 10. I sent an email immediately complaining what hapened and asking to refund me the cost of that one night. The supervisor spoke to me and while he was polite he said his boss who then turned put to be the general manager refuses to refund me and offered me 10%off one of the nights instead which I find insulting. Just insulting. It was also impossible to speak to the general manager. Yes, their frontline staff (mainly unpaid btw) is welcoming and friendly. But what is happening with people who run this place? How long have they been in hospitality business if this kind of incident can happen and the manager does not even come out to speak to you in person? This is very poorly managed. This is not a chain where I can escalate my complaint to the regional manager etc. This sounds more like a one man band type with strategy and they find it appropriate to charge you for a service that was clearly not fit for purpose. If anything self respecting place not only would not charge you they would compensate you on top. Because by not charging you they wont return your sleepless disturbed night. Go learn how to do business

The hostel is a really fun place to be with all their games and activities. Toilets and rooms are mostly spotlessly clean, but the beds aren't the most comfortable ones since they make a lot of noise even at the slightest movement. This can get very annoying when you're trying to sleep. Otherwise, it's a great hostel, not too far from important tourist spots, has all amenities and services to offer (except a lift), the staff is super warm and helpful too. They gave great recommendations for restaurants and bars too.

I haven’t written a review on any hostels in the last two months I’ve been travelling around Europe but this hostel was amazing! Super friendly staff and a great atmosphere. The hostel is also located in the most ideal location, just a short walk to the city centre. Unfortunately I could only stay for one night but I’d highly recommend it!

One of the best places I have been in, funny, clean and more important, a place not to call "hostel" but home! Because everyone in the staff, in particular Davide, was perfect! He helped me with every question and needs, so thank you very much! I surely will come back!
