We were booked into the BLSH by out bike tour organisation. It was part of their 'charm hotel' upgrade package. Judging it in that context it was a disappointment. A bunker like structure with a desolate reception area, claiming a 4* rating but more lower 3* end, illustrated that you need to ask the reception for a key when you want to use the lobby restrooms …… Reasonably good location on the entrance way to (tourist trap) Sirmione. Might be acceptable if you are into busy herd like mass tourism.

Central located hotel. Was okay for a one nights stay. Had a small pool which we didn't have a chance to use. 18 euro parking which seems to be the average price around. Very outdated interior. I would probably choose a cheaper hotel, as the hotel is not 4 star'ish. Staff was friendly and the breakfast was good.

Great location minutes to town & good lake view. Hotel nice & clean but nothing special.disappointed no tea & coffee facilities in room, but staff happy to help.our bed was extremely noisy, with uneven slats which we tried to fix, but was comfortable.hotel parking expensive but secure but we managed to find free parking opposite.all in all good value hotel.

We stayed here for a week mid September 2017. It's a small, modern hotel with large comfortable rooms and the usual conveniences. The wifi can be patchy at times but is generally good. Power outlets can be positioned awkwardly if you have a number of devices that need charging but nothing too difficult. Like most continental hotels they don't acknowledge that British and Irish visitors like their cup of tea and usually arrive with a small stash of their native tea bags, Alas no kettle or cups to make a refreshing brew. So it's water or booze for your daily tipple. Reception tends to be a tad impersonal but very efficient. If you need a late checkout, that is after 11 am. they will charge you €30 or more for it. don't bother , Just dump your bags in the room at reception and have a last walk around or a nice lunch in one of the very nearby restaurants, all of which can serve full meals or snacks. Breakfast is the usual hotel continental variety of juice, rolls, cereals , fruits , cold meats and so forth. As usual, our continental cousins know next to nothing about preparing bacon and eggs and their attempts should be ignored. Go native. Overall a nice pleasant comfortable hotel, not in the luxury bracket but well appointed and right in the middle of a beautiful lakeside resort.

Blu Lake Sirmione hotel Wasn't happy with our first hotel so we decided to move somewhere else that had a better selection of restaurants, bars and attractions close by. Could not have chosen better in budget than this hotel. Staff attentive and cheerful, breakfast as much as I would have expected certainly went out each morning feeling fulfilled. A five minute walk takes you into the old castle town and a lively array of restaurants and ice cream parlours. Roof top swimming pool is small but adequate for cooling down. Plenty of sun loungers. never had any problems getting them. Car park onsite €18.00 a day but guaranteed parking spot. Severe parking issues in area at most times Bar and snacks poolside Value for money 👍👍👍 Hotel Position. 👍👍👍 But as always this is my opinion and may not suit you. Happy holidays
