Apartment was clean, perhaps a bit basic, luckily we'd planned to eat out most of the time, as there was only hob to cook on, no oven or microwave. It was very hot when we were there and lack of air conditioning was an issue. The site itself was clean and well kept, the two pools were lovely, but wearing...

The apartment was run down and has not been updated in probably 20 years, the apartment had a constant smell of mildew, it had no AC, so was terribly uncomfortable at night, the mattresses on the bed were only foam and had not mattress liner. WiFi was only available at the pool and in the office, so no access to...

Dear Guest, we regret for your negative feedback, but we'd like to point out some of the things you reported. We do check-in earlier than 4 pm on request, on our website you can read that we have free Wi Fi at the reception and pool (as you saw) and we can provide bed lines on request by payment of...

We stayed at an apartment in April, when the season just started. The holiday complex is right between Peschiera del Garda and Sirmione. At that time there were just a few tourists and it was really quiet. We had an apartment next to the pool on the ground floor, which was really spacious and very clean. There is also a...

It was late September and the place was very quiet and with the sunny weather the beautifully tended swimming pool was a blessing . The apartment was large enough for two though there were three beds in it . They supplied nearly everything but it was missing one or two what we would consider essentials, but overall it was clean...

We're just back from a week in Punta Gro apartments. We stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment which was clean, spacious and perfect for us. There was no toaster or microwave, but not the end of the world. No air conditioning, which was a shame because when we were there it was 38 degrees and the sweat would be rolling...

We went there in late September/ early October, which was a pretty good time of the year to stay at Punta Gro - it was not busy at all and super quiet, there were maybe 10 other people. The reception lady was super friendly and answered all our questions and had quite a few ideas for things we could do...

The apartment themselves are large and airy with a basic hob and fridge and all the cutlery and plates you could need. The lounge area has a sofa and a basic small tv with Italian channels, MTV Europe for some English entertainment. The WC was a nice powerful shower in a relatively large room. The bed was a good size...

We decided to stay as close to Lake Garda on our holiday and this was the cheapest place we found on the dates we were after, but you really do get what you pay for here, except of course you don't get bed linen included in the cost, and you also have to clean the apartment yourself before you leave...

Residence Punta Gro is centrally located and boosts of good parking facilities. Main attractions such as theme parks and zoo are reachable within a few minutes drive. Residence is very well kept, pools are kept tidy and safety of pools is taken very seriously by the lifeguards on duty. On a constructive critical note, I think that ceiling or stand-alone...

Price does not include cleaning, bed sheets and bath towels so be carefull (extra charge 52 EUR for cleaning and 9,5 EUR per person for set of sheets and 9,5 EUR for towels). If you want...
