Fabulous hotel. Very friendly staff and relaxed vibe. Dog friendly. Bar man was excellent. Piano player at breakfast this morning was a lovely surprise. We stayed in an economy room which was a perfect size and had a good view of the lake. There is an outdoor pool which although cold on first day of October was fabulous
Fantastic, super comfortable hotel. Gardens and swimming pool are heavenly. Views from the superior bedrooms are breathtaking. We didn't eat in the hotel so can't comment on the evening meals but the breakfasts were very good indeed - lots of choice and fresh food. Staff were so helpful and friendly. We loved Sirmione, but it is a little out of the way, so travelling around the lake and further inland, was a bit more of a hassle, particularly in temperatures of 35 degrees celcius. Wouldn't have been so bad if it hadn't been so hot. Would we recommend this hotel? Absolutely! Can't wait to go back.
We've just returned from a weeks stay at this hotel and thoroughly enjoyed it. The hotel is spotlessly clean and has such a relaxed and friendly ambiance. We had a good sized room with an extra large bed facing the lake, everything you could wish for, good size and comfortable. The bed initially seemed quite firm but it was very comfy. Breakfast on the veranda is fantastic, a good selection and very tasty to start your day off. The Pool and garden areas are very well kept and just so very peaceful to relax in and around. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to the Spa and again would recommend this. The Hotel is only a short walk from the centre and Sirmione is a very nice place. The staff at the Hotel were all very friendly and helpful and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend a stay here and we'll definitely stay here again when we next visit Lake Garda ,, thankyou.…
This was a perfect hotel for us. We really needed to relax and wind down and this hotel did the trick. Perfect location, perfect weather, amazing staff to whom there was no problem that could not be easily solved. Room service was amazing with clean sheets every day. 10 stars here.
We had a great stay at Hotel Olivi in August. The hotel facilities were great and the staff were exceptional. Breakfast on the Terrace every morning was terrific and we enjoyed the lovely pool. Hotel Olivi is located a brief walk from the old town centre in a quiet part of the peninsular.
I stayed here with a friend for 5 nights in August, and I will be recommending both Sirmione & this hotel to everyone I know! The hotel was perfect and all the staff were so friendly and helpful. We had an upgraded room which was really spacious and clean and we even had a partial view of the lake from our balcony, which we weren't expecting. The pool area is lovely and we really enjoyed our complimentary trip to the spa. We also loved breakfast out on the terrace overlooking the lake. The location is great as it's just outside the town centre, so nice and quiet but still easy to walk to everywhere in Sirmione.
So on arrival after battling through the crowds in the town centre, we were greeted by a stunning open plan reception and bar area. Complete with vintage Lambretta and Bianchi scooters, we were warmly welcomed by the excellent concierge. Nothing was to much trouble and a free upgrade to a balcony room was offered as the trip was for our wedding anniversary. Whilst the service, drinks and food ere all excellent, I have to specifically point out the Spa at this hotel as one of the best I've ever been to. Fantastic mineral pool with stunning jacuzzis as well as an Infinity pool looking over the gorgeous gardens. Along with steam room and sauna as well as mint and pine aromatherapy steam showers this place had it all. They only allow a few people in at a tome so best to book your morning or afternoon session on arrival. A thoroughly enjoyed and excellent hotel…
We have just had 3 wonderful days at this hotel to begin our belated 30th wedding anniversary celebrations that were delayed for 2 years due to the pandemic and boy was it worth the wait! By far the most beautiful place we have ever stayed. We had a lake view room with stunning panoramic views. The room was spotless and the air conditioning was such a pleasure during the heat of August. Breakfast on the terrace was delightful. A big selection of breads, pastries, meats, cheeses, cereals, cakes, fruit and yoghurts plus a chef on hand to cook eggs to order. To make it extra special, chilled sparkling wine was freely available too! What makes this hotel stand out from the rest is its unique sense of style. The hotel is full of interesting ornaments including a vintage Lambretta in reception which made my scooter loving husband’s day! The location is also a plus as it is a very short walk from the very busy centre but is so tranquil that you could be miles away. The pool area and bar are very clean and there are plenty of sun loungers. The bar staff are really friendly and the drinks are cold and delicious! We spent our anniversary morning in the spa which was given to us as a complimentary. My goodness, what a heavenly experience! Absolutely beautiful place with indoor and outdoor pools with jacuzzis, sauna and. steam room and amazing aromatherapy steam showers. We felt utterly pampered and relaxed. Thank you Hotel Olivi for making the start of our long awaited anniversary so very special. The rest of our holiday has a lot to live up to!…
Outstanding hotel to relax and also explore Sirmione and the whole lake. Beautiful location, fantastic pool area, wonderful breakfast, lovely room, great views of the lake, amazing spa- this hotel is perfect. Staff are lovely and extremely professional and although we needed little from them, they were lovely and helpful. This gave us the perfect combination of a relaxing stay but close to restaurants and the town centre.
For those people that are going to stay at this hotel and are worried about some of the past reviews. You can rest assured this lovely friendly hotel is amazing. We have spent a week there and couldn’t praise it enough. Some of the rooms are maybe in need of an update but they are immaculately clean with fresh towels etc every day. The staff are friendly and always there to assist. We had no problems ordering tea/coffee each morning as previous reviews commented. It’s a top class hotel. We booked with Inghams lakes and mountains and were extremely happy with the company. Kay our rep was the most helpful and obliging rep we have ever had on any holiday. Would certainly recommend Sermoine for a Lake Garda resort.
