This hotel is a gem! We were hungry so we decided to have lunch on the rooftop. A must if you go! The staff were so attentive. Delicious food! Back in our room we were hearing a loud banging on the ceiling. We asked the front desk about it and they said they would find out about it. A little while later after coming back from a walk, we still were hearing the banging. Afraid we wouldn't sleep we asked the staff about it again. With no hesitation they moved us. So great! The room was fantastic! Thank you Vista! Our stay in Lake Como was a magical one and Vista Palazzo was a huge part! We will be back!

Quite possibly the nicest hotel we have ever stayed ! Hotel was completely renovated last year to the smallest detail . Eating dinner and having drinks at the roof top bar was very nice Alberto designed to phenomenal excursions for us , the first he drove us to all the small towns around the lake that normally you would never see we stopped and visited each one , The second trip Alberto took us on a classic wooden boat ( like the ones you see in Venice) we spent 6 hours on the water visiting classic lake estates followed by lunch in Bellagio

The concierge team was delightful to work with, specifically Alberto down to finest details of our stay with this property. The rooms were gorgeous, the rooftop restaurant Sottovoce (Michelin) AND service was BEYOND. Alberto made certain our service (MoMo - was AMAZING) with an exquisite dining experience 6 courses timed perfectly and delicious to no end. We had a boating day with stops for lunch at La Goletta in Bellagio, the gardens of Villa Del Balbianello. The day on the lake could NOT have been more divine. We dined at Kitchen which did not disappoint as well. We were all too sad to leave but the entire visit to Vista Palazzo Lago di Como was nothing short of perfection for the six of us! Thank you Alberto you are nothing short of the most AMAZING host!

My husband and I started our Italian honeymoon in Lake Como at the Vista Palazzo. Centrally located in the city of Como, the hotel was in walking distance to the lake, shops, and restaurants. Every member of the staff was exceptional and very attentive. Any question we had from transportation to restaurant recommendations they went above and beyond in answering and supporting us. We HIGHLY recommend taking a private boat tour with Alberto and Aldo. We originally only booked a three hour trip but Alberto came and spoke to us the morning of our trip and suggested we make it longer so that we could swim, see almost the entirety of the lake, and shop without feeling rushed. This was the BEST decision. We had an amazing day filled with so many once in a lifetime moments!!

We had a delightful stay in this beautifully historic boutique hotel right on the boardwalk in the heart of the walled city of Como. Renovated in 2018, the hotel and the room (especially the bathroom) were spacious and modern. We were upgraded to a Premium room, which was larger, had a bathtub and was facing the square. The staff went out of their way to make our stay very special. Luca made outstanding drinks in the hotel’s Michelin star restaurant bar, which has amazing views of the lake. I highly recommend the private boat tour of Lake Como with Alberto, the hotel’s premiere butler, on board. He also made some outstanding dinner reservations and took care of all the arrangements - one that was a private 5 generation family owned restaurant in the forest, and one in Torno by ferry at sunset with our table right on the water. The hotel staff also provided airport and restaurant transfers which were very helpful. Would highly recommend and stay again.…

A wonderfully warm and inviting staff and the accommodations are deserving of their 5-star rating. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves at all of the lovely towns on the lake, but Como was the best and Vista Palazzo was a big reason why.
