My wife and I stayed here having travlled down from the UK and around Switzerland by train. The location is right in the centre of the small lakeside village of Bellagio and they have a nice front garden and terrace above were you take breakfast. This hotel is run by a very friendly family who treat guests as people, the...

We just loved our stay in this wonderful, family-run hotel. We could not fault the service. Our hosts, Marcello, Michaele and their father were the friendliest and most helpful people we have met on our trip so far. Nothing was too much trouble and always a smile. The breakfast was delicious, our room impeccable and a stunning garden and roof...

Hotel Centrale is a great, affordable option in one of Lake Como's most scenic towns, Bellagio. Our rooms were clean and neat. The bathroom was modern and comfortable. The beds were firm and sheets\pillows very nice. The service was excellent. We were always greeted with a smile and given excellent recommendations on where to eat as well as bus/ferry schedules....

We spent 2 nights at the Hotel Centrale. Our room was spacious and very clean. The hotel is operated by a very caring and attentive family who made sure everything was to our liking and expectations. There are two very nice courtyards on the property with amaryllis and the scent of jasmine everywhere. It was perfect for enjoying the cool...

The rooms were too small for a couple with two backpacks. This unfortunately, makes more than a couple of nights uncomfortable and the beds caertainly don't help (think Flinstones). But the rooms was spotless. Breakfast was simple but satisfactory. It's family-run and couldn't be more perfectly situated among the shops and restaurants on the beautiful hillside village of Bellagio. Very...

Hotel Centrale is a hidden gem. Giacomo is a gem too! The hotel is located midway up the streets of Bellagio, which means that you will have to climb a number of steps to reach the hotel. Although I had 2 big luggages, I left the bigger luggage in Milan at my hotel before proceeding on to Como. The hotel...

The hotel and staff exceeded our expectations. Clean. Cozy. Close to everything. "Continental" breakfast was substantial with several choices. Assistance with restaurant reservations, directions, boat schedules and things to see and do was excellent. Prices were fair. A short walk (up the stairs) from the boat dock. I would definitely stay there again.

It was quite close to the lake front with a lovely garden courtyard. The room was clean and comfortable and we thought a very nice...

This hotel was in the perfect location and was quaint/charming at the same time. The father/son duo that runs the hotel couldn't be more friendly! The rooms were lovely and the breakfasts were always wonderful. Again, location location location!
