Stayed here for three nights with my fiancée on a mini tour of Italy and it was our favourite place by far. The house itself is beautiful, comfortable, clean and very well mantained. The gardens and swimming pool offer the most stunning view. The two lovely sisters who own this property that was originally their grandparents home were extremely helpful...

I just spent a glorious week with eight friends sharing at Il Poggio di Bellagio. Everything about the villa is as described and more and we all spent much time just sitting in the garden marvelling at the ever changing view. The accommodations are very comfortable, tasteful and well appointed with quality throughout. The owners, Francesa and Odilla, are great hosts...

Spectacular scenery, wonderful accommodations, and helpful host Francesca made this place memorable for us. Each suite has its own kitchen and living room. We had the whole house. There were 5 of us and one night the chef made dinner and it was delicious. Interesting walk on cobblestone walk to get to the village of Bellagio. Bellagio and the Lake...

This is a beautiful property. It is spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. It is about a 7-8 minute drive down into bellagio. Beware if you are coming here with small children, I feel the location is a little difficult as its not possible to walk anywhere from here with a buggy.... even to the shop. On the up side it...

What a gem! Found this on TripAdvisor and the reviews were spot on. The accommodations are immaculate, not to mention charming. The view from our front window of the lake was breathtaking. Makes you wish that you lived here! There is a path down the hill for dinner ( if you are willing to walk the steep steps). Upon arriving,...

This is a gem of a place - our hosts Francesca and Odilla were always helpful and it's a perfect location for waking or driving. The fresh water swimming pool is an added bonus on a hot day. The gardens are beautiful and you are only a 20 min walk from Bellagio I will definitely go back again.

This Bellagio Villa is truly a splendid experience. The views are absolutely magical, overlooking Lake Como and beautiful hills and villas. There is an aroma of lavender and jasmine surrounded by olive orchards and wildflowers. The apartment is more than habitable for an extended stay, with spacious rooms and brand new accommodations. The kitchen is fully stocked for homemade Italian...

Nice apartment and great views over the Como lake and Alps in north. House has an own garden where you can do different activities, especially in summer time. Kitchenette was okay and fulfilled the purpose well. Private parking inside the gates is a good thing if you are travelling with car. Wifi worked also nicely which was a nice extra...

From the moment Francesca welcomed us we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Sitting atop a hill about 20-25 minutes walk from Bellagio the apartment has magnificent views across the western side of the lake. We stayed in the spotless, spacious, beautifully furnished apartment 4 which is ideal for a couple. One thing to be aware of. Have a look at a...

Fabulous views from the balconies, grounds and pool of Il Poggio of Lake Como, the mountains and towns. Great relaxing location atop a hill about a half hour walk to Bellagio. The house can be booked in its entirety, which is great for a family, or as 4 independent apartments. Superbly outfitted with upscale fixtures and comforts. Wonderful pool with...
