High professionality is the sign of this property. Modern as hotel and traditionally well organised as cousine. The owners where always available and was easy and emphatic the dialogue. Very useful als the parking service. I will be back as soon as possible.

A sensational, cosy, boutique hotel! Approach to guests at the highest level - friendly, helpful, accommodating and contactable staff! Very good breakfasts with quality products. Sublime room, equipped with air conditioning for a comfortable stay. The location of the hotel is ideal - very close to the old town, as well as to the nearest bus stop, so you can also reach the lower town, the train station or the airport very quickly. Right next to the hotel there is a funicular railway that takes you to the San Vigilio hill and from there you can see the beautiful panorama of the city. In this place I found everything to which I attach great importance: a level of service of the highest standard, attention to detail, the possibility of sightseeing at your fingertips. A place worth recommending to anyone who appreciates quality in every respect; a place you want to return to. Highly recommended!

We originally booked this hotel before covid but had to postpone our trip a number of times. We communicated by email and by the time we finally got to to visit Roberto felt like an old friend. The hotel is in an amazing location and the rooms are spacious and stylish with very comfortable beds. The breakfasts are fabulous (wonderful scrambled eggs!) enjoyed either in the rear conservatory or outside. The service is impeccable and all the staff are friendly and incredibly helpful .We had trouble getting a taxi to take us to a big celebratory lunch at Astino so Roberto took us there in his car. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. I f you go to Bergamo, you will not find anywhere better to stay. Thank you Roberto and your amazing staff for a fabulous stay.

This hotel is about the friendly and serviceminded people working there, location and atmosphere. We got a very spacious, nice and clean room. The breakfast was also very good and of course when the weather was nice and we could enjoy the breakfast outside it was perfect. We have been to Bergamo many times but now found a new favorite place to stay 👍

The hotel is very comfortable, clean, modern and has lots of character situated just next to one of the “4 Doors” of Citta Alta (Bergamo Old Town). Service is excellent- very attentive and informative. Always happy to help and make your stay a memorable one. Breakfast is continental style with lots of cereals, meats, cheese, fresh bread and croissants. A big bonus is the Bus stop to the Airport is 200 yds away from the hotel. Runs every 15-20 minutes, journey time is 30 minutes, and for €2.80 Euros you can’t go wrong. Don’t waste money on a taxi! The location is ideal, a quiet area just on the outskirts of Citta Alta but within easy walking distance to the sights, bars & restaurants. Overall had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend!

Positives - fantastic location, right outside gate to old town, near all restaurants and shops and right next to funicolare to another place on the top - modern clean rooms - helpful staff Not so great - this is not a hotel but a bar with rooms above. It was quite noisy. - bathroom has glass walls and does not offer much privacy

Fab small hotel conveniently located right next to the upper town, Citta Alta Fenicular (up to the Vigilio Castle) and Gate to the old town (Sant Alessandro). The Gate is the final stop for the airport bus from Milan Bergamo airport. At €2.70 it’s the cheapest airport transfer I’ve had for a long time. The hotel has a restaurant and bar area with seats inside and out. There’s also a great pizza place right next door and fine dining options up at the Vigilio as well as in the old town itself. We really enjoyed the hotel. The stylish room 25 had everything you could want but it wasn’t designed for any degree of modesty. The shower and toilet are in separate closets both with glass doors. The shower is completely see-through and although the toilet door is smoked glass it doesn’t shut properly. Not great if you’re with a friend rather than partner or if you’d rather pee in private! The sink area is in the bedroom so washing your hands after a middle of the night loo visit will wake ep your room mate. It all looks good but one night of it drove us mad!

Stayed there with friends for two nights. Just great, very well designed rooms - not big but ok and modern, fantastic location at the gate of old town, excellent public transportation connections. The breakfast was ok but need to be better to get 5 stars.

While not a traditional business hotel, this is truly one of the best hotels I have stayed in in many years of travel. The hotel itself is really quaint and situated on the edge of the old town with a great pizzeria right next door. The rooms are stylish and well appointed with everything a business or holiday traveler could want; comfortable bed, good shower and good WIFI. Clearly management are very attentive and everything is clean and well kept. They serve a great breakfast too. On top of all this, management and staff are so friendly and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble and everything is done with style and grace. I hope to get the opportunity to go back some day.
