The hostel is located up the hill, so keep that in mind when deciding to walk the whole trip:D busstop is really close to the hostel and can save you about 40 minutes if you want to get to the old town or somewhere close to it. Then again it is a nice walk, passing a market, many beautiful churches... More

A very nice place with friendly and extremely helpful staff. Bathroom was clean, breakfast was basic but very nice with good strong coffee(!!!). Just 5 mins away from a supermarket and a cafe (right opposite the very interesting church down the hill). Located on a hill some 4 km from the center, but very close to a bus stop. It... More

Great hostel to stay at for a few days if you're on a budget. Each staff member speaks English really well, and are very helpful. You can also buy a bus ticket at the reception to take you into the city. Breakfast was also decent quality for such a low price. If you're too lazy to get dinner, staff can... More

Average affordable hostel. Friendly staff. Very basic breakfast, expect the least. Dorms were okay. Bathroom not very clean. rather far from the centre but next to a nice forest/hills. Worth it if you are on a budget.

I passed a day in Bergamo and I slept at the hostel nuovo di Bergamo, it is far away from the center or the Città Alta, but it has a bus stop just one minute away, there you can take the bus number 3 that will take you to the Città alta, would highly recommend this hostel, the service is... More

We spent one night in Nuovo Ostello di Bergamo. We were pretty much very satisfied with the service and everything inside. Also pricing is fair enough. View from the Hostel is magnificent, however the location is not really satisfying. We were walking 40-50 minutes from the station to the destination. Overall, Very Good :)

This hostel is lovely but it's a ways out of town - you have to take a bus to get there, and then walk uphill, and I had a lot of trouble figuring out which bus to take from which bus stop in town while hauling a suitcase and a backpack. However, once I arrived around 9pm things went much... More

I slept in a 6 beds mixed dorm ensuite with a terrace overlooking Bergamo (fantastic view!).There was a very basic breakfast included in price, as well as free wi-fi in the room, strong enough to work on important issues ;). The room was clean as well as was the bathroom. The hostel is located quite far from the city centre... More

Well, the location is nice but is a bit far from everything and the connection in the evening are scarse, so often you need to take a taxi to get there, which in Italy is not cheap. The facility is ok with nice living room which help socialization but: there is no kitchen and since the hostel is far away... More

Having never stayed in a hostel before I had no idea what to expect, this place was better than most hotels I've stayed in and at half the price! Friendly staff and one of them has good English. Very nice scenic area, lovely roof garden and we were let prepare our own food.
