stayed for 2 nights on route to other destinations in northern Italy. Flew in by Ryanair ( flight delayed by 5 hours) but arrived after buses finished. Paid 15euros for taxi into town. Hotel to a very good standard, rooms clean, bright and modern. Had the feel of a "Hilton". Breakfast fairly good with usual choices of cooked meats, cheeses...

Just came back after staying overnight here on the 7th October. The room was very small and only 2 English speaking channels (CNN and Eurosport)..the in room movies are €11 each Lovely bathroom with piped sound from the tv in the bedroom. The breakfast was just 'ok' . The bacon was salty and so was the sausage but everything else...

We stayed 2 nights after a Ryanair flight to Bergamo, before touring Northern Italy. Just short taxi ride from the airport and handy for bus and train stations. There is also a 24hr underground carpark right next to the hotel for anyone driving. The position of the hotel is very good with plenty of eating places nearby and it is...

We have just returned from a five-night business stay at the Hotel Jolly in Bergamo. The hotel is ideally placed for both the airport and train and bus stations and all attractions can be easily reached either on foot or by taking a bus. The hotel is located in the Citta Bassa (lower town) which is where most of the...

After reading the many good reviews mostly covering one night or three night stays we decided to book a week with a view to using the nearby train station as a means to see areas around Bergamo. The hotel has a good location being close to the station and also the funicular to the Citta Alta. A day ticket covering...

This hotel was in an excellent location for the station which is where the airport bus stops and we thought the rooms and breakfast first class. The staff were helpful when we left property in the hotel -we phoned when we realised and then picked it up on our return journey through Bergamo

Rooms are adequate but on the small side, shower and the bathroom in general tiny. The breakfast was very disappointing and a bit of a crush to get into the buffet. we asked the hotel for restaurant recommendations and La Bruschetta, 5 mins walk away was excellent. however they also recommend La Ciotola which is closer and where we were...

In January 2006 we returned to Bergamo en route to Verona, we never reached Verona, the trains were on strike!! This was not a problem as we know and love Bergamo. Having read the Trip Advisor reviews we booked in to the Jolly hotel. For the first time the reviews did not relate to ur experience. This modern hotel is...

We had a two night stay in the Jolly Hotel over new year and thought it was a great hotel. Very modern/trendy and clean and in an excellent location in the lower town of Bergamo. You even get a chocolate on your pillow each night! There were two or three very good restaurants close by and a great ice cream...
