Nice place in the old city. Clean and pleasant rooms. Excellent location in the city center with near by restaurants and walk around places. Not Specified anywhere that the hotel located on the third floor of a building without an elevator and no parking near the hotel. Important, call the hotel before you arrived, usually no one is there to...

Ive read the other reviews, and yes I agree it is an adventure to get here, and yes its worth it. I did the walk from the train station (approx 1km) in the rain pulling a suitcase. The walk is pretty steep and confusing, so follow the GPS on your phone. Once you get to the B&B there are still...

We arrived by train to Ventimiglia and walked to this B&B from the station. It was a bit of an adventure getting there, as the small pedestrian stone streets are a labyrinth and are sometimes not clearly marked; but that became part of our story! Upon arrival you have to go up a few flights of stairs which can be...

My partner and I stopped off in Ventimiglia for the night and we were very impressed with La Terrazza dei Pelargoni. The room we stayed in was large, warm, spacious and extremely clean with lovely furnishings. The B&B itself is beautifully furnished, clean and homely with amazing views over a pretty spectacular terrace. I would advise phoning the B&B 10...

We booked this B&B because it was in the old town and looked nice. Firstly, through Expedia, our booking for 2 adults and 1 child came back as 2 adults only. I called the place but the guy couldn't understand me so I emailed saying we were 3 people. When we arrived, one double bed. We asked for the sofa...

This is the home of a wealthy family of the area turned into a hotel. At first you might think it was a bad idea; because the construction is old and there are a lot of stairs; but once you enter the building and meet the owners you are inmediatly charmed by this magical place. I will return many times....

We stayed at this b&b for three nights and had a great time. We were initially a bit put off by having to move from the main establishment to their 2nd location but if we were to go again the 2nd location would be our preference (communal areas seemed nicer, much larger terrace). Yes Ventimiglia Alta is on a big...

This B&B consists of two locations. Though we had booked with La Terrazza, we were moved to another location nearby. Both are in rustic buildings on top of the hill overlooking the old town, the river and the sea. Both are located on top floors so you will need to climb a lot of stairs. The upside is that the...

To begin with let me say that I know what to expect of a B&B and my demands were not out of this world!! After a steep hike, we arrived at the B&B but were told that we have been given room in a different apartment block. To be fair, the other apartment is not very far but just means...

we stopped in Ventimiglia on our way from Provence to Cinque Terre. Its a lovely Italian village built on a hill. The B&B is up on the hill, about a 20 min across the river and up the hill from the train station and is located right next to an old church. FYI: Taxi's don't work on Sunday am... so...

“All rooms are excellent. Some have a view over the town with its traffic free alleyways, some have a view over the main town of Ventimiglia and River Roya Vallley.”

“Definitely confirm price and dates in writing before you get there, and have the documentation in hand. The food was very, very good, and onsite host very helpful considering the language difficulties. Gorgeous porch, view and room; but service problems with the manager as noted - and OMG! those stairs.... Server called me a taxi when leaving to catch my trains, but people on the street downstairs informed me I'd have to walk! Rude!”
