Very difficult to take shower. It is too small. See pictures Breakfast place and food in low quality although staff have a good service. We had noise from other room. Location, 10 minutes from train station but the city is dirty and nothing to do there.

Front desk staff was so welcoming upon arrival. The rooms were just OK. There was a musty smell in the rooms and the bathroom could have been cleaner. But the friendly staff made all the difference! The breakfast was very good and the breakfast attendants were lovely and very attentive. As we spent most of our times touring Cinque Terre... More

We had a three night stay in La Spezia whilst exploring the region as a possible place to live and also to see the famed Chinque Terre. We booked through RoutePerfect.com so basically let them choose the hotels we stayed in based on where we wanted to visit. This hotel was ideal for our needs. Clean and welcoming. The staff... More

We visited this hotel with other friends and we were in total 16 people. We arrived at 22:30 so we were starving. We asked for a restaurant but they advised us to order delivery. While we were waiting the told us that we cant eat at the area where the reception, bar and living room were. We had to go... More

Ideal location, especially if you are touring Cinque Terra. (The hotel is also referred to as CDH Hotel La Spezia)The rooms are OK , Obviously, from other reviews, some rooms are better than others (so upon check-in ask to see the room). The staff is friendly and helpful. Perhaps most important for those with car is that there is free... More

The hotel had a nice location. Best pedestrian street behind it with lots of stores and restaurants. She wrote down directions for us and was very helpful. Micheala at the breakfast buffet went out of her way for us. Those two employees make the hotel!

Stayed here for three days while exploring the Cinque Terre with two other families. Wonderful service from check-in to check-out. All shifts of front desk staff and breakfast area staff were very friendly and helpful. Great service. Rooms are updated, spacious, and have updated bathrooms. Our family of four fit comfortably in the room with an extra bed. Less than... More

We travelled as a family of 10 to this hotel and the location for La Spezia is great. We were given double rooms 309 and 306 (which they told us were upgrades, as it was my fathers birthday), however they were not upgraded rooms, as wallpaper was falling off the walls, the bathroom mirror just barely hanging on, hardly and... Pro Good hotel, very modern and very close to station. Also close to waterfront and the main town/market. Friendly staff, were helpful in explaining local things. Good WiFi. Overall a good experience.
