We were there for one night. This hotel was close to the train station and easy to find. Less then a block away from the train. The rooms were clean and quiet. They were large rooms as well. Our room was a split level room with the bed down a set of stairs and the entry and bathroom on the... More

I stayed here for three nights while visiting my daughter. The hotel is a fab location, just a few minutes walk across the Piazza from the station. My room was a good size, nice comfy bed, bathroom was also a good size. Everything was clean, although the carpet could have done with being cleaned. When I arrived the weather had... More

Plus points: Good location not far from UNESCO World Heritage Palazzi Rossi and close to Principe Metro, Main Rail Station, and buses. Main receptionist thoroughly professional, knowledgeable, charming, knowledgeable, and helpful. Downside: Other receptionist challenged by lack of comprehension and possibly imperfect use of English and internet in that language. This hotel is tired and needs a makeover OR it needs... More

We went on a cruise and hotel was 500m from the port. Also it's near train station. Room was big enough but the shower was so tiny. And although hotel had elevator you still need to climb/come down some stairs which is not easy with big suitcase. Breakfast was simple, lots of sweets, no egs or bacon. All in all... More

Stayed here the only night, I stayed in Genoa. It was a decent hotel! The wifi worked good. The room was nice. The air conditioner worked good when I moved the curtains out of the way! Breakfast wasn't great. Staff was very friendly and helpful! It has a good location! I would stay here again if I went back to... More

We stayed her three nights. Location is good, but the rooms need refurbisment and cleaning. Breakfast was very simple with a lot of sweets, but no really food. Service was not the best with recepsionist which only looked to a computer in stead of greeting the guests.

The hotel is close to the train station and 10 min walk from the Aquarium. The hotel also provides a valet parking service which costs 20 Euros per day. That is all I can say positive about this hotel. The rooms are dark, badly decorated and look old and shabby. When we asked for an extra key card to our... More

This hotel was very central. Everything is close by, such as metro stops, museums and city attractions. My only complains is that the rooms and the whole hotel need a refurbish, asap. The room smelled moldy and damp, and the air-condition, once we turned it on, smelled dusty. Other than that, and the fact that I am sure we got... More
