My wife and I stayed in Vittoria for one night post cruise. Our package included the basic room with breakfast. First of all as previous reviews have said it is very difficult to get to the rooms, once you have managed to stop at the side of the Hotel you have to lump your luggage to a tiny lift and... More

We stayed therevfor 3 nights as part of our cruise package. First we were given a small room with a window opening on to near by building, however it was changed with another larger comfortable one. The staff are great except an elderly short Grumpy fellow who looked miserable although polite . The room itself is cleaned and has a... More

Very difficult to check-in if arriving by car as there was no street parking available, otherwise once you find the elevator from street level to reception the staff are excellent and very helpful. This is an 'old fashioned' hotel with basic rooms (with mini fridge) but very clean and tidy with breakfast. The wifi was the easiest to connect to... More

Hotel Vittoria is located in a tall building just across the road from the train station, behind the Farmacia. It is well signed and is reached by elevators. Reception is welcoming and fast. Good sized room (137) with well-equipped bathroom. Good storage/mirrors/aircon/TV/wifi. No fridge. Bf is good by European standards. Hotel is well positioned for exploring the city and port.... Good hotel for the price! A very friendly staff and a good continental breakfast - just don't expect a high-end hotel. It is clean but very basic. We found all the previous reviews right on the mark. We stayed in Genoa for one night before continuing on to Cinque Terre. We hired a great guide (Paola with Genova Guide Tours);... More

Good for a stop over if flying in to join a cruise or vis versa. Access to the Hotel is a very narrow passage to the lift would be very difficult with a wheelchair. Also steps to the internal lift. We did ask if there was an alternative entrance but there isnt, Friendly staff and a good Continental breakfast

Friendly staff, especially the front desk clerk, Paolo. He is excellent! He provided us with maps as soon as we checked in without having to be asked and provided us with good list of sights not to be missed. We spent four nights here. The location was good, close to the train station (5 minute walk) and within walking distance... More

We stayed here for a night prior to boarding our cruise holiday. The best aspects of the hotel are the location - its literally a 5 minute walk to the cruise terminal, even less to the train station and its situated set back from one of the main streets down into the town centre and the sea front. So to... More

Stayed here for a night. Hotel was okay. pretty clean and neat, bathrooms were very clean and in order. Bed sheets were clean and all. The only thing which wasn't very pleasant is that the walls are really thin. in the middle of the night some guys were so noisy and you can really hear it as if they were... More

Walked into Hotel Vittoria and asked about room prices - a double room ensuite with two single beds was a steal at 67eur INCLUDING a great breakfast - the good full continental breakfast with meat and everything. The hotel is literally a two minute walk from the train station. We asked the manager if we could leave our luggage for... More
