The hotel is situated next to Piazza Principe, a convenient and quiet location within a walking distance of the Porto Antico (old port). It's an old building with a really strange entrance that looks a little bit dodgy for the first time you arrive there, but it really isn't, The staff is extremely welcoming and really helpful. The rooms need... More

The hotel has a small elevator that takes you from the street level to the building. Then there is another tiny elevator to take you to the room floor. Only 2 people with luggage will fit! The room was big and the view of the port was nice. Breakfast was very good. The only thing that I disliked was the... More

The hotel has a very good position, 5 minutes to walk from Railway station and not far away to walk to downtown or to explore the important places to see in Genoa. The rooms are old dated but clean. The breakfast is poor comparing with other hotels in the same range of price. The reception staff is very nice, attentive... More

The location of this hotel is good if you come by train. The hotel fare was not reasonable because I should pay more without breakfast. Wifi didnt work in the thirth floor. There was two very kind old men but the young man with glasses was arrogant.

One angry worker ruin everything here he was very unfriendly, unpolite, angry and arrogant all the time. All other workers were more friendly and polite but he couldn't behave at all. I guess he hate foreigner women because of his behavior. He was calling to the room everyday many times without any real reason he just wanted to wakeup early... More

This is a family run hotel and the staff are friendly and provided excellent service The hotel is old but very clean ,comfortable beds and quiet, we had a room on the 5th floor which had a view of the port. Very handy to railway station and the old part of town. Would stay here again if in Genoa

This budget hotel is just minutes from station principal. You enter from the street via a lift from which we were greeted by the manager We paid a little extra for a view over the port which was well worth it. The staff were very friendly, the rooms were a little sparse but very clean.breakfasts were typically continental but good... More

Its located very close from the central station Piazza Principe. The hotel is very unique that two buildings connected so it seems like a maze. The water press isn't strong for showering, can hear outside nose, however the staff are so kind & friendly!! Free breakfast, wifi, city map & reasonable hotel fare!! I would recommend!

It is one of the nicest Hotels we have ever stayed in. High on a Cliff, and in the Centre of a Beautiful City. We travel by Taxi when arriving in a City that we do not know. It was surprise to see such a small entrance, and the Hotel Name displayed high up. Genoa is built on a Cliff,... More
