Bristol is a Belle Epoque hotel at its best. Wonderfully decorated, high ceilings, large comfortable rooms. The main staircase is itself an attraction. Great breakfast on the terrace. Located in the shoping district, the landmarks all in walking distance. Valet parking available.

We loved our stay here. It is well-located and well-appointed. Our suite was lovely and very spacious. The central stairway is a work of art. A lovely breakfast is served in an ornate dining room - beautiful way to start the day.

When we told our taxi driver to take us to this hotel, we were a little skeptical when he told us it was the best hotel in town. After all, less than $150 a night for our room? Including a FABULOUS breakfast? Well, we were knocked out by the quality of the hotel, the size and comfort of our room,... More

I would like to express my gratitude towards the management team and of course the staff. The staff is friendly, supportive, and knowledgeable. Rooms are clean with extras you don't expect. The bar is nice and the breakfast is delicious. It was a pleasure staying at this hotel.

Great central location. Helpful staff. One blanket had very unpleasant stains and I requested a replacement. Was told no more comforters, but they would see what they had. Got an old blanket that wasn't particularly warm. Need to take better care of this stuff, but overall it wasn't a terrible place to stay in Genoa. Pretty staircase.

The hotel was nice. The staff was always willing to help, and the breakfast was very good. The outdoor patio where you can eat breakfast was relaxing. The room was regular, but clean and comfortable. Nothing super special about the room. Certain things are banned with WIFI, like youtube and stuff.

Bristol Palace was beautiful and in the heart of Genoa. The rooms were spacious, clean and elegant. The real shame was when we tried to check in after a long journey they had incorrectly booked us into August and not July - their mistake not ours. This was not handled well and was slightly awkward, the lady at the desk... More

Probably approaching 10 stays in this hotel.Bristol is experiencing a delicate upgrade, junior suite 541 with a terrace has a lovely new bathroom combined with upgraded room mixed with the elegant old style. Service and breakfast better than ever and the terrace is lovely for dinner. Prices in summer are very pleasant with kids and Genova is an excellent place... More

We had been staying in apartments for several weeks in Italy when we arrived in Genoa for a one night stay. The Bristol Palace was lovely, beautiful and in a great location. The front desk staff gave us nice recommendations, and the breakfast was delicious! Small elevators are common in Europe, but luckily the hotel has two sets so use... More
