This is a lovely three-star hotel, with a graceful and energetic staff and decor so outrageously kitsch it is impossible not to be amused by it (especially the golf clubs by the lift). We were met by the enthusiastic reception as we were parking, and she was a source of good advice about the local area and restaurants, especially helpful...

We really enjoyed our one night stay here. The decor of the hotel is very dated but the rooms were a good size with big comfortable beds. The bathroom was also a good size but the shower itself was small. It's in a great location a short walk from the promenade and beaches and a good selection of restaurants. The...

This hotel is quite OK for a short stay. The reception closes before mid-night and it seems the door from inside is locked. At least this is the impression I got when I went down after mid-night to ask a question at the reception and there was nobody and it was not clear how one could go out of the...

The hotel Laurens is situated on the Corso Itlia, a beautiful and long walk by the sea. It is five minutes walk from Boccadasse, one of the city landmarks. A quirky collection of antiques makes for interesting discussions. Unfortunately the hotel, renovated in the seventies, has had nothing done to it ever since, or at least this is what one...

Very good location (near Corso Italia, main promenade route of the city on the beach, in a very select area), direct bus to historical center. It would be a normal review.... but we are still shocked - observing in the morning that our room (#15) was FULL OF ANTS (formichi..). unfortunately we did not have time to give also this...

A whirlwind experience a must do if your in the area. My only criticism is the gap between headboard and the mattress as I lost a pillow down there. Also the water tap seemed slightly temperamental. Staff were unbelievably good!

Great location, Lots of helpfull advise. Breakfast was great. Room was small but the advantage of the balcony made up for that. Had a problem with mix up on day of departure. The reception staff were amazing getting us onto a train and in time for our flight from Milan. In the drama of it all, cosmetics were left in...

The location of this hotel is just perfect for a trip to Boccadasse. The staff was helpful and the overall experience was very good. Breakfast was good and free parking was provided, even though we got no confirmation for our reservation and we had to park on the public road. The room was nice and comfortable but we could hear...

Me and my family stayed there 9 days. The hotel was very elegant and very beautiful. The receptioners were very kind and helpful as they gave us a lot of informations about Genoa and places to visit in Liguria like Cinque Terre. The rooms were clean and spacious (we had a large terrace). The breakfast was good, unfortunately it was...
