We stayed at Liberty during the third week of May 2022. We‘ve enjoyed it very much! It us located perfectly in the city center. The hotel is on the 3rd and 4th floor of a very old and classic building. The hotel areas are renovated and the facilities are very good. The staff was friendly and very supportive. We will stay there again, on our next visit to Genova.
Great hotel with lovely staff! I also recommend having breakfast in this hotel, the person who is serving will be right there ready and happy to take your order! Perfect location. Nothing to complain! If I come back to Genova, I will surely stay in this hotel again
We stayed at the hotel for over 2 weeks and the staff at the hotel were very sweet and helpful whenever there was a problem. The cleanliness was top-notch, so we felt safe in these Corona times and the breakfast was amazing. Location wise it was easy access to all places, so we would just go for walk instead of taking bus or metro. We would definitely recommend this hotel to others in the future and hope to visit it again.
No satellite navigation will find these condominiums. The location means even Uber ride is prohibited, only foot traffic. Get everywhere on foot, also lug your luggage. Awesome friendliness from the staffs is to be commended.
Really enjoyed our one night stop before our cruise the following day. Room was very modern but with some traditional features; which I think is perfect !!! Staff were friendly especially the guy who was doing breakfast. Locally there’s loads of traditional restaurants as well as McDonald’s for the under crowd. Just a little helpful fact :If your transferring to the cruise port the bus stops literally outside the hotel saves on taxi, only 6 stops I think. Clean hotel nothing was out of place, would 100% recommend and return. Bring and umbrella it seems to rain a lot in Genoa ;)!!
The hotel is quite small, just a couple of floors in a historical building midway between piazza de ferrari and the brignole station. My room is very, very nice. Large with appropriate style of the furniture. The value for money is very good, this is not a luxury hotel, and the breakfast, for example, is below average, but it is appropriate for a short visit to the city. Wifi might be improved.
A wonderful hotel in what is arguably Via XX Settembre most beautiful palace, designed by the famous architect Gino Coppedé. I only stayed for one night, but the price was affordable and the staff friendly.
This hotel was in an excellent location -- a 10 minute walk from the train station through a shopping district, and 10 minutes to the main Ferrari Piazza. The hotel did allow us to check in early which was very kind, but there was some confusion about the prepayment of our booking through Expedia which was a bit frustrating. The hotel room was clean and modern with high ceilings painted with a mock fresco. The room has a mini fridge stocked with two bottles of complimentary water, along with a TV, wardrobe, free WiFi, luggage racks, and a simple but spacious bathroom. The best part about this hotel is the excellent continental breakfast served each morning which included a full spread of croissants and toast with jam/nutella/peanut butter/etc., eggs, selection of meat and cheese, torte, yogurt, whole fruit, juice, and coffee. You can help yourself to whatever you would like, and there is lots of seating available. The staff clean up your table after you finish. Besides the confusion with the hotel check-in, we would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a hotel with the comforts similar to a typical North American hotel with some added charm and a hearty breakfast.…
Located close to the port and close to city center. Easy access by car with discounted parking at the coin parking garage just across the road. clean and tidy rooms tho the bathroom did have a.. Odour. Small old elevator but functional. Overall a good stay for a decent price. Thumbs up!
It's not obvious how to get into the hotel. Some floors are being renovated, so the entrance looked like it was under construction. After entering take the old-fashioned lift to the 3rd floor to check in. We were on the 4th, and there's an internal lift for that. The superior quadruple room was very clean, big and bright - good value for money. The breakfast selection was very good and the man in charge was very friendly and helpful. It's a short walk to the main square and to the shopping and restaurants as well as the Mercato Orientale de Genova - very interesting spot. The hotel recommended the Rustichello restaurant and it was one of the best of our two weeks in Italy.
