Fabio and Angela are wonderful hosts. They have a great knowledge of the area and go the extra mile to help make your stay more enjoyable. We loved it so much we even stayed an extra night. Highly recommend staying there. Just ensure you organise a porter at the train station upon your arrival at Vernazza.

My husband and I stayed here for four nights and loved every minute of it! The walk up the steps can be exhausting after a full day of hiking, but it made the showers all the more enjoyable😊 The hosts are absolutely lovely! One of the nights there was a storm and a few rain drops the next day, and... More

You probably have already read that it is a 500 m walk uphill to get to this place. We are both over 60 and not in particularly good shape and we had no problems getting there with our backpacks, but we would not have wanted to try it with typical suitcases. We were warmly greeted on arrival with chilled lemon... More

The place is a gem! Very hospitable hosts, you feel like at home! The way up is steep, but even with my bad knees it's been worth to climb up the hill. The terrace in the evening and at any time a peaceful spot.

We stayed here for five nights and would stay here again if visiting Vernazza. Our hosts were friendly, polite and unobtrusive. Their house is lovely, tastefully decorated and most importantly has very comfortable beds! We stayed downstairs for a couple of nights then moved upstairs to a larger room. Both were fine, we'd probably recommend the downstairs room as, though... More

We had a most happy week in the self-catering apartment at La Toracca - up high, between the Castello and the Torre. A bit of a climb with luggage, but well worth it when we got there. Roomy, comfortable and well provided. We were in the centre of life in Vernazza but away from the bustle.

This charming and romantic B&B is located in probably the best of the 5 towns of Cinque Terre towns. It is located up on the "blue path" that connects Vernazza to Corniglia. While distance-wise it isn't terribly far, it is a rigorous climb up many steep steps. But it is completely worth the climb. We carried our luggage up and... More

Fabio and Angela are fantastic, helpful and generous! The hike is difficult especially with luggage, but the view, quiet sounds of the ocean and chirping birds in the morning are totally worth it! We were here for our honeymoon. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to come back!!!

Ok, so you really do have to hike up to this fabulous B&B! Just spare yourself and store the suitcase at the train station in the secure, locked space ( it is not behind the curtain in the tiny office) or pay the porter in the tiny shop to heave your luggage up the mountain! Do not try to keep... More

We really enjoyed the view from the property, but we were not fond of much else. The room spelled musty, the breakfast was store bought sweets, and the hike to the place was a lot of work. The shower was freezing and when we got back from dinner one night the whole house smelled like cigarettes. Seems like a lot... More
