A lot of good B&Bs in Italy prefer using their own websites, gives direct contact to customer and allows to cut for the middle man. And oh, taxes... :)))
Please be advised it's not a hotel. Those are 3 tiny apartments with shared hallway, no staff on duty, only owner stops over every morning. No info stand, internet etc., so if you go, go prepared.
There is a Cinque Terre infocenter within 50m from the house,. They have staff, maps, wifi etc, but it's hours are weird and it ends up being not as useful as it sounds. Make sure you get train and boat shuttle booklet from them. And make sure you have cash around Cinque Terre...
