Il Boma is the best place you can pick to stay in Riomaggiore. Maddy will provide all you need to have a pleasant stay at cinque terre. Il Boma is located only block and a half from the train station on an inclined street and you will have to go up three floors in a non elevator building ( no... More

We started our Italy adventure in the Cinque Terre. Staying in Riomaggiore is perfect. Il BoMa B&B was a great place! Maddy met us and escorted us to the parking spot and then brought us to the room. She explained everything and gave us great tips on the 5 Terre. The room was clean and had everything we needed. We... More

Quite a few steps to climb inside and outside so need to be reasonably fit. The room was great, comfy bed and pillows, large bathroom and good view up and down the street. Hung our washing out the window just like the locals. Great snacks and lovely fresh croissants for breakfast. Close to all the shops and the railway station... More

Our upstairs apartment was perfectly located--right on Riomaggiore's main street and a short walk from both the train station and boat launch. Our landlady, Maddy, was VERY helpful and provided not only maps of the area but ideas on where to go and eat, and schedules for the train, bus, and ferry. Our room was very comfortable--air conditioned, with a... More

We stayed in the Blu Room for 2 nights in September 2016. Nice room with a small terrace facing the street. Noise was not a problem since the door and windows were extremely soundproof. Breakfast was in the refrigerator (yogurt, juice) with fresh baguettes left each morning and a coffee machne. Host was lovely with lots of recommendations and she... More

I stayed at this small accommodation of three rooms for two nights! It was clean and in a very good location. However, as a woman it was very difficult to climb the stairs with luggage! There is no one to help, but you can get a Porter privately at an extra charge! On arriving home 6 days later to Australia... More

Fantastic apartment in a great location. We loved our time here. Maddy and Franco were wonderful hosts offering everything we needed to know about the area; restaurants, hiking trails, train service, etc, and helping to get us settled in the apartment. We had a full kitchen, which was extremely helpful. The apartment was clean, modern and very comfortable for 2... More

Thanks so much Patti for such a wonderful review. We also enjoyed having you as our guests and are glad to hear that you enjoyed your stay with us.
