We stayed at Le Giare for three nights as part of an Inntravel walking holiday. The owners of LeGiare are warm, friendly and helpful. They are quick to share their knowledge of places to eat, hiking trails and local sights. As a guest you are made to feel welcome at every point in your stay. The room we stayed in... More

We stayed in this beautiful B & B last week. Slightly off the beaten track (not one for anyone who struggles to walk up steps) the hotel states 700m from the sea - this may be true - but it's all up steps! Nevertheless I would return to this area and this hotel in particular in a heartbeat! It's location... More

We planned on staying for two nights, but ended up stay for three. What a beautiful location!! You can sit on a stunning terrace overlooking the valley surrounded by olive and lemon trees. The room is large and clean and gets refreshed daily. The owner is extremely friendly and goes out of her way to make you feel at home.... More

Very much enjoyed staying here. Simple but lovely room which was spacious and clean. Cute breakfast room, great breakfast and nice terrace for sunny days. Fridge in room with some free drinks. Lovely lady running the place who was very helpful and little gift of homemade limoncello when we left. Yes, it's up a hill but don't let that put... More

We were collected from the station by complimentary taxi and met at Le Giare by Lucca who was extremely welcoming and helpful, giving us ideas of where to eat and which walking trails were open. Our room wasn't very big but was spotless and had everything we needed, unfortunately WiFi only worked for the first couple of days we were... More

My husband and I stayed on our honeymoon in Sept/Oct. 2015. The Federica and Lucca, the family that runs the b&b went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay and memorable experience. Having visited the 5 towns, we were so happy to have chosen Monterosso. The b&b has free parking, you won't need your car and is... More

This is a very quaint place, typical of the Cinque Terra accommodation. Our room was small, but it was very modern and it had all the facilities. We noticed there were other larger rooms, so try to ask for a large room. The room, nevertheless, had a beautiful view of the Monterosso hills. The bed and everything about the room... More

We really liked staying at Le Giare (5 nights). Clean, comfortable, well-appointed room with great views and a sweet balcony to sit and relax, and enjoy the view of olive groves and lemon trees in the garden after the hubbub of town. The breakfast was very nice with eggs, ham and cheese as well as pastries, juice and all sorts... More

amazing view, beautiful and camfterbol room and very clean. But the best thing is the hosts that are always smiling at you. And the breakfast was the best that we had in all the b&b around italy ! The place is located a bit far from the center, there are stairs and the road is steep. It was a bit... More

We really enjoyed this lovely B&B and the kind hospitality of Laure who helped to make our stay as pleasant as possible from arranging our taxi to serving us a nice breakfast everyday. We travelled by train and having taxi service was a nice welcome for our bags. The room was very nice, comfortable and clean. We enjoyed the garden... More
