Forvm Boutique Hotel is literally a hidden pearl since the entrance may be hard to notice. The hotel is nicely decorated and stylish. Rooms are also stylish and quiet. The service was very good at the reception. The breakfast is a la carte and very nicely presented & tasty. very good price value and strongly recommended.

Elegant and comfortable, great location. Within 5 minutes, you can walk to the Piazza, the pier, and so many great restaurants. Staff was quite helpful with dining suggestions, directions and getting my handbag chain strap unstuck between the desk and wall!

Do not let the outside fool you, the small hotel is inviting and stylish. Reception service was excellent. The decorative details that appear everywhere are a feast for the eyes. The twin room was Located close to the canal area, it is a lovely, romantic spot to stay. The limits are the stairs and parking four blocks away. Overlook that and enjoy the oasis.

Hidden behind the closed doors was a beautifully decorated hotel, clean and perfect for a short stay in Trieste. Our room wasn't huge but had everything we needed for our two night stay and the bed was very comfortable with nice bed linen, bathroom quite compact but once again very clean. We didn't have breakfast but it looked superb. Definitely will return when hopefully the renovations will be completed and we will see it in what I am sure will be an exceptional Hotel.

I booked a queen bed and on check in I was shown to a tiny room with only a single bed! It was late at night and I was told this was the only room left (so pretty much take it or leave it) the receptionist was unapologetic and said as I was travelling alone there was no problem! Except I had booked and prepaid for a queen bed! The room itself was all appearances and no substance. Through the night the hotel was noisy with guests returning until the early hours. The walls were obviously very thin. The bathroom was again all appearances the sink was scratched the toilet was running all the time and the seat was scratched. The shower was dark and the door was sticking and the toilet roll was balancing on top or the towel rail. This hotel is definitely not boutique quality. It nay look the part on the surface but on closer inspection it was found wanting!

Response from Forvm boutique Hotel, Proprietario at Forvm boutique Hotel
Responded Aug 24, 2020
Dear Mr. Simon, We are very sorry that Your experience at the hotel didn't match Your expectations. Our goal is to always make sure that our Guests feel completely at home during their stay. The situation with the queen bed started when we received Your booking, which didn't show any particular request on the website, other than the "single room" booking itself. So the next natural step was to assign a standard single-bed room. When You showed us Your booking sheet for a queen bed, we understood there has been a problem in the system, but unfortunately all the other rooms were already booked, so we had only that room left (mind that we are a small boutique Hotel, so the number of rooms available is limited). With that being said, we never said that we put You in a single room because You were travelling alone, we would never allow ourselves to say such things. Also, we never mentioned not giving You a refund if You had chosen not to stay in our Hotel. Actually, as soon as You showed Your queen bed booking sheet, we immediately tried to contact the manager to see what we could do to resolve the problem. In that moment You decided on Your own that You would take the room, saying you didn't want anyone to even try to contact You for the next 10 hours, and threatening to write a bad review the next day. We don't see this as the proper way of dealing with certain situations, being that it only causes damage to our image. We always accept constructive criticism, when its intention is to really help avoid certain errors in future. But this seems like an intentional way to damage the Hotel's reputation. Again we feel truly sorry for the whole situation, and You have the right to express Your disappointment. But there are ways and means. We really hope that in future You can decide to give us another chance to prove our point, which means giving You the best experience possible during Your stay. In the meantime, we wish You all the best. Sincerely, Forvm boutique Hotel

Excellent place to stay while visiting Tireste. Mostest cost; easy parking (17e/day) nearby; easy walk to Centro Storico; Incredible breakfast for 10e; Friendly staff. Very tasteful decor! The building lobby is under construction, but the hotel (on the 1st floor) is beautiful. The room was stylish and well furnished; very comfortable bed. Highly recommended!

Great service. Really nice breakfast. Superbly located. And excellent staff. Lovely room too, but really small. A bit tight. We were out most of the time so it didn't matter too much. Highly recommend this place!

Loved everything about this stylish hotel. Great position, close to bus and train station and easy walk into main shopping area of Triest. The breakfast in an absolute must, excellent value and wonderful food. My only complaint would be that the lighting in the rooms is just too dull to be very practical. Hope to visit again.

The style and location are really great. I found the staff v helpful and nice! The room was v stylish, some nice surprises in the mini fridge :), the bed is huge and the bathroom had lots of products I did struggle to find the parking (but it is not at the hotel but a separate garage nearby €15 per day) I had arrived v late though. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a stay in Trieste and as others say have the breakfast!! It’s €10 per person and a real treat

I had to stay an extra night in Trieste. My regular hotel near Piazza UNITA D’Italia was full. So I moved here, which was also closer to the ferry terminal I had to go to in the morning. It is easy to miss this hotel from the street. It has no street lobby; that’s on the first floor (1 up the elevator). The lobby is also the bar & the breakfast area. The hotel was full, but they are adding some rooms in a building down the street. They walked me over. It was very modern, stylish, & comfortable. While I waited for the room, they made me feel at home. The value was excellent. The location is excellent. Very different “feel” than staying by the main piazza. This is more in the heart of town. Both locations are good.
