I had an excellent stay in this hotel. The staff were very helpful, friendly and professional. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the breakfast was excellent. The hotel is also very conveniently located being next to the Porta Nuova train station.
Stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. We had a very nice experience. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We especially enjoyed the breakfast. The room was cozy and kept clean. The price was reasonable. All in all we were happy!
Everything was perfect!! Thank you so much for making us feel welcome and special during our brief stay in San Marino. We can't wait to visit again and hopefully very soon. Grazie mille!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The service offered by the personnel was wonderful. But we did not like at all our room. Was not as expected or shown on line. There was no mirror in the room, the wardrobe could not be opened (stack) and the beds looked very bad in design
Location, customer service, food, parking assistance, all were top notch and made for a terrific family vacation in beautiful, warm, inviting San Marino. Will gladly return in the future. Staff were incredible,
Stayed at Hotel Titano for 2 nights and it was the perfect end to my trip. A cozy room right in the center of old town made it so convenient to just wander around and then stop in my room for rest and to warm up (it was pretty windy and cold when I was there!) The staff was super friendly and I really enjoyed my stay. Highly recommend!
A very clean environment. If I ever go back to San Marino, I’m definitely gonna stay here during my whole stay. The restaurant was awesome too. I had the best steaks at an affordable price too. No regrets whatsoever
excellent location - located at the heart of the historical area of San Marino! just walk out of the hotel door then here you are: Square of Liberty! Very friendly front desk staffs, excellent services! we had dinner in the hotel resteraunt upstairs which is absolutely great experience, reasonble price & high quality! absolutely awesome!
The staff were very good and helpful. The breakfast was average at best. Our room was terrible. Leaking shower. Creaking taps. Small and old. Truly a 2 star experience. We paid 300 euros for 2 nights. It should have been 50 euros per night max!!
The hotel is in a perfect location in the heart of San Marino city. You step out the hotel front door and you are right in the middle of the historic centre of San Marino. Reception is at street level and you take the lift to go down to your room. So it is quirky. We had a room overlooking the courtyard housing a museum. The room was a little basic with no safe. Two singles were pushed together to make a double and the fixtures and fittings were a little tired. There was a small fridge in the room with 4 bottles on water in it. There was no indication that this wasn’t complimentary. However, at check out we were billed for the 3 bottles used. That’s ok, but it seemed a poor piece of service. It the water is to be paid for then leave a note on the fridge, given the room rate I genuinely thought it was included. So, that was a disappointing finale to our stay.…
