Well, it's cheap and clean. staff has passable English, and can reply most inquiries. Breakfast was simple, included something for everyone, but not a lot of variety. The room had one chair (I was travelling alone), but it was the worst chair I ever sat on. if you need to do some work from your hotel-room, it is not possible. Had to sit on the bed, cross-legged. The doors are thin, so you can hear whenever someone comes in or out of their room. and the elevator working. However, they agreed to extend my stay for the same original price, which is always nice. Conclude: Nice place, good if you are looking to save money, a hard sleeper, and don't plan to spend time inside other then sleeping and such :)

What a great find. A small, quiet family run, typical Italian hotel with good facilities in a good location. The hotel is in a quiet residential area close to the city centre. Free secure parking, WiFi and air conditioning with breakfast included all for a good value price. Don’t expect a US style Suite. We had a large tiled room, number 103, with two large beds and a small but adequate shower room. Everything was clean and fresh, the staff were helpful, it simply did the job well at a great low price.

Good: free parking spaces next to the hotel, quiet location at the end of a dead-end street, clean basic room, airconditioning. Less good: Breakfast was disappointing in comparison with other hotels where we stayed (in the same price range and region): many different cakes and cookies, and some fruit, but virtually nothing fresh. The staff was also not particularly helpful or enthousiastic (again, especially in comparison with other hotels). The interior is very dated and the room had a particular smell which reminded us of a hospital or retirement home. No round wall sockets available in our room, only the small Italian type, so we had to ask for an adapter, whereas in all the other hotels where we stayed there was at least one round wall socket in the room.

Air conditioning was in overdrive. Would not stop even after setting thermostat to 31 C. It was like being in a freezer. I caught a chest infection which I'm still fighting over 3 weeks later. I am (or more precisely was) a fit person and this could have had very serious consequences for others. They should not let rooms with broken air conditioning.

I stayed here for 3 nights and have mixed views. The hotel is further out than I thought and you really need to have your own transport. The bus stop is about a four minute walk and the bus No7 is a quite frequent service and takes about 8-10 minutes to the centre. Not a big problem but it means you just can't pop back to the hotel on a whim.My room was quite small and basic but the bed was comfortable and the bathroom also small but with the most fantastic tiles ! The breakfast room is large and airy but the breakfast I found disappointing.Too much cake but no croissants or brioche and hot water came in big vacuum jugs.I'm afraid I can't face cake at breakfast ! The lobby is quite big and there is a small bar where the receptionist will get you a coffee, tea or a drink. There are some chairs and tables to sit at.The reception staff, especially Cecilia are great and very helpful.During my stay it seemed to be busy and obviously has regular customers as I imagine it is very handy for Ferrari, but they all had cars. A good budget choice but not very convenient.
